Beautiful home in wooded setting with waterfall and fire pit in the back yard. Large deck. Private location. Well stocked kitchen. Everything went smoothly. Bedrooms and bathrooms as expected (but bring your own shampoo). Nice location. Would stay here again.

It is a beautiful structure with large central gathering area and several remote areas for smaller groups. It accommodated our extended family, including a five month old grandchild. The kitchen and facility are well appointed. Contact with the host was easy. Check-in process was seamless. It’s served as a comfortable homebase for activities with our family in Torch Lake. I highly recommend this rental experience.

Fantastic property, one on the nicest homes around. Very close to all the Shanty Creek golf courses would definitely recommend if you are traveling to Traverse City.

This house is absolutely gorgeous and very clean. It accommodated our large group very comfortable, and we wanted for nothing. Jeanine is very easy to work with. The cozy home was exquisite for a ski weekend.

House is amazing. This was the first short term rental where I felt I was actually staying in someone’s home. The cleanliness and attention to detail truly made this a home and not just a house.

Nearby Destination Wedding

Such a great location and had plenty of room for all our family, with quiet roads to walk a baby and swimming pool nearby. We were down & up for a nearby family destination wedding that was superb and all the kitchen equipment for meal prep & service. We loved our stay here!

Wonderful house for groups!

We loved the house, it was even better in person and we loved being able to walk to the ski hill and the access to the resort pools. Jeannine was so helpful when we had questions and we would definitely stay again!

Golf Weekend

Excellent option for lodging for an large group. The house, in itself, was incredible, and so was the location, communication with host, etc. Would highly recommend.

Great home for groups or families

Beautiful house that’s very well setup and laid out. There was nothing we needed that we couldn’t find and our group really enjoyed getting to spend time together in such a beautiful setting.

Log Cabin Experience

We found the cabin to be spacious,comfortable with spectacular scenic views. Plenty of all age activities in the surrounding area such as golfing, swimming, dining and just relaxing around a fire.

Ski getaway

This property is amazing for a bigger group. Even if the snow didn't make for the best for skiing we had a lot of fun enjoying the home and each others company.
