Our single-level haven takes inspiration from open concept designs, with a spacious kitchen flowing seamlessly into the main living area and an informal dining space, yet it’s segmented enough to ensure space and privacy for each member of your group. Four (4) bedrooms occupy their own wing of the home, so those who like to doze a little extra in the mornings won’t be disturbed even as the early risers are having coffee and making breakfast with the TV on.

An attractive den with a huge sectional sofa separates the main living area from the hallway leading to the back bedroom quarters. Like the rest of the home, it benefits from the heightening effect of pitched ceilings and the natural light invited by skylights and windows. This is the ideal spot for movie or game nights. A sliding glass door opens onto a tranquil side deck, one of many decks at “Hillcrest Haven.”

Guests love the ease with which they can access private outdoor spaces from multiple rooms throughout “Hillcrest Haven,” including several bedrooms. There’s something truly special about waking up at the start of a new day, sunlight splashed across the bed, and being able to open a door to let ocean breezes fill the room and invigorate you as you entertain all the possibilities at hand, remembering exactly where you are. You are in Pacific Grove, on the Monterey Peninsula, and there are wonders and novelties everywhere you venture.

Spend the day at The Spa in Pebble Beach, hiking in Carmel Valley, or driving along California Highway 1 between Carmel and Big Sur, stopping at various points to admire the otherworldly beauty that has inspired poets and artists for a century.

Your hosts have provided the services of Carmel Coast Estate, Inc a locally owned and operated full service Real Estate and Property Management company. Your Property Managers are available by cellular phone, text messaging and email during your visit.

In order to maintain proper security for owners, guests and contractors, the exterior of this property has electronic surveillance equipment and the property owners may conduct monitoring and surveillance activities.

The deployment of electronic surveillance is limited to locations that do not violate the reasonable expectations
of privacy. Electronic surveillance shall not be implemented in situations where confidential or sensitive
information is likely to be recorded and distinguishable. Electronic surveillance shall not be installed inside
the home; however, doors to the exterior may be covered by electronic surveillance.

Monthly rental rates are discounted to reflect that guests booking reservations of more than 28 days are required to pay Gas, Electric and Water Utilities in addition to the quoted rental rate.
