Enjoy beautiful views of the Gulf from the second-story balcony. Cozy condo has been completely renovated for your comfort. One block away from direct public beach access. Located on the West end of PCB offering family-friendly quiet beaches. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place 5 minutes from activities and grocery shopping.

Our condo is located approximately 4.5 miles from Pier Park with lots of shopping and restaurants. Within a mile there is back beach BBQ, Dairy Queen, Ole Beach Bar and PHO 77 - Asian/Thai food.

This place is a perfect location! It was perfect for my little family and our little fur baby. It was clean and the owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. It definitely could use some paint and a few minor repairs but it was very clean and comfortable for us. We would absolutely stay here again:)

We loved our stay! It was our second year staying here and it was perfect. The house was clean, super close to the beach, and definitely pet friendly.

Perfect location

The place was clean. It is on the quiet end of town away from the high rise places. If you want a quiet place to enjoy a vacation with friends or family then this is it. Very short walk to the beach.

PCB Getaway

Clean, spacious, affordable rental. Close to the beach. Close enough to attractions but far enough away to have a peaceful stay! Would definitely consider another trip to the same rental if price stays affordable.

Had problems with the septic tank backing up for 3 days. Finally got a plumber out on our last day there to fix an electrical issue. We cleaned seeage water up in downstairs area multiple times.

Very convenient to beach and local grocery stores

Met all our expectations! Enjoyed our stay! We had a small problem with the air conditioning and owner took our call immediately and was able to guide us through the fix! We would return to this place if we find us at this beach, again! 😎

Weekend stay

Great property location and space was comfortable. The entry was a little tricky as you had to go out the back door each time to lock the unit and the walkway had some large items that you had to step over. Enjoyed the outside upper balcony and the lower porch each morning and late afternoon. Close to the beach, just across the street!

Great Location

Clean condo right across the street from the beach. Easy walk to get to the beach entrance. Very close to a Carousel Grocery store which is convenient. We were able to use the firepit on a cool evening. The bed was comfortable and location is quiet for sleeping. No lamp in the living area so we used a bed lamp from upstairs for some light at night. Loved the upstairs deck as you can see the ocean from there and soak up some warm sunshine. Laundry & appliances were all nice. Bring your own chairs or towels, if you plan on going to the beach for the day. Great spot to stay for getting to the beach without driving! Lots of restaurants within a couple miles drive too.

Beautiful cozy condo

I took the spring break off but decided to go somewhere at last minute. We looked at several properties and this cute little condo came up in my results. It was a brand new rental that just became available and looked perfect for our family of four. The host was very polite and quickly responds to messages. When we got there I was so happy to see that the beach was across the street. The condo has two bedrooms and both have a private bath. I have two children and the room they occupied has a twin over full bunk with drawers built into the steps. The balcony off the master suite has a beautiful view of the ocean. The main floor also has a half bath and the kitchen came complete with everything needed. Very cozy condo and we will definitely visit again!

Great Time!!

Loved location!! Place was very clean. Would stay again. My only small complaints would be that the couch was very uncomfortable but it was very durable which is good for a place that allows dogs. Also I had a small 12 pound toy Aussie that I was nervous may slip through the railing spaces on the second floor balcony, so I wasn’t able to enjoy the view too much. She wanted to be out there when I was. It may be a good idea to put something up there to make it more safe for small dogs. Most likely she would have been fine, but she kept sticking her head and part of her body between the wood slats. My paranoia about it kept me from sitting out there much. Other then that everything was good.

Great location, very close to a public access beach, grocery stores and a market were within a short distance. Conservation Park is only a few miles away. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed walking through it every day. The view from the deck off of the bedroom was lovely. Having access to a washer and dryer was fabulous. These are the things we would have appreciated during our stay: dishcloths available to wash down counters, more than one kitchen hand towel being available, a usable wine key, broken metal fixture by sliding glass door fixed and not hanging out of the wall, chairs available to sit on patio, a screen door for the sliders, trash outside of back door (where you access key pad) picked up.
