Splash is great for kids and the unit was as advertised. Host Jim checks in and ensures everything met our expectations. Excellent view, kitchen well stocked, and beds comfortable. Unit was a little dated, but nothing out of the ordinary. Very comfortable and plenty of space for our family of 4. Highly recommend it!

I have no complains, the condo is nice and spacious. We had more than enough room. Everything was clean and worked as it should. My grandbabies loved the beach and the splash pad. The only downside to our stay was the hotel bar closed very early since it was the off season in September. After being with kids all day a nice evening drink would have made the hotel perfect. I would definitely book the room again.

The host Jim was quick and helpful with his responses and the property was so nice and clean just like in the pictures. It’s the perfect destination for a family vacation, we will absolutely be coming back in the future!

We enjoy our stay at Splash! Every time we come. This is our fourth year spending the week at Splash and Jim’s condo is always perfect. The check in process is very smooth and the condo is so clean. Jim is so responsive and you can tell they take pride in their condo because everything is so clean and orderly. If you’re looking for a relaxing vacation with your family at the beach, this is the perfect place and has a little something for everyone. 10/10 recommend and always recommend Jim’s place. We do appreciate being able to come year after year. It’s the best place.

Nice and clean property with gorgeous views. The property had all the usual kitchen pots, plates, cookware and glasses but our trip was short and we never used. Fridge was very cold lol. Beds were comfy and bathrooms adequate. The Splash resort was perfect for a quick overnight girls trip and the lazy river made for a relaxing afternoon.

The room was very clean upon arrival. A little smaller than I expected but that is on me for not paying attention to square footage. The resort/room does seem to be a bit outdated, but worked great for our needs with 2 small kids. The location is fantastic, all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We went during an "off" season , but it was still crowded. Beautiful view of the ocean and very easy walk right to the beach. The room had everything that we needed for the trip. This room is right by the elevator , and being a family friendly resort the noise levels can get loud. The host was super easy to get in touch with and help with any issues we had. All in all if you are wanting beach front and fun place for the kids at a great price this has it all!

Only thing I would suggest is investing in better beds. The beds were a little rough.

Our master mattress is less than two years old, but we understand that even a newer mattress may not fit everyone's personal preference. Elevators were very busy at check in but I think that is expected with skyrises. Check in was smooth and being on the 4th floor is awesome. The floor was not clean(still very sandy) upon arrival. There needs to be floor mats, we had to use towels. The resort is very family friendly, and all the amenities were very handy being nearby. Would definitely stay again.

Quick responses from the host. Nice, fully furnished kitchen.Plenty of seating on balcony.Didn't visit the kids area or any drink/food bar.Room had plenty of chairs and umbrellas for the beach.Has Keurig and a coffee maker.

The room was nice and clean. Well stocked for your basic needs. Lots of chairs, beach umbrellas, and sand toys for the kids. The property itself was clean. The only issue we had the entire trip was the elevators or lack of. There is only 2 elevators per tower. Plan your time if you have somewhere to go. As long as you keep that in mind you wont have an issue. The room is right at the elevator and is wheelchair accessible.

Tv in bedroom didn’t work, one of the outlets in the main bedroom didn’t work, none of the locks on the interior doors worked, sprayer in the kitchen sink was also broken, if these things get fixed then it’d be a nice place directly in front of the beach

We are sorry the TV did not work on the last few days of your stay. We ordered a new TV right away and it is working now. Also, kitchen spray issue has been fixed.

Amazing! Perfect vacation place. Communication was perfect. We were able to get into the room early which was GREATLY appreciated. The condo had everything we needed plus more. Amazing balcony view. The resort was amazing as well. Plenty of fun for kids and adults alike.

We loved staying here at the Splash resort. The ocean view from our room was outstanding. Unfortunately, it was foggy for the 2 days we were there, but all in all, it was a beautiful condo. It had everything we needed with enough room and a fantastic view. I would stay here again any time.

Hot tub not accessible, well over 7 kids in at all times, swimming, wearing masks, splashing.Was glad for the kids but not adult friendly.
