Highly recommend this place! Very friendly host, great communication, clean, perfect layout & outstanding location!! After losing my mom, wanted to take my dad away for a mental break, couldn’t of picked a better place. Great for families & pet friendly being SO CLOSE to park & boardwalk. We have already told our friends & know we’ll be back!

This was our second time staying at this property and will be the only place we stay when coming to visit! The location is ideal especially when we have young kids. We could walk 30 yards to the beach with all our stuff in tow. The house has chairs and boogie boards to enjoy. It’s so convenient to be right next to Belmont Park. No driving and having to find parking etc. you are literally right where the action happens. The house is perfect for families. The primary bedroom has windows overlooking the ocean. Waking up with a breathtaking view was exactly what I needed. Bedroom is a good size and the bed/linens were incredibly comfortable. I slept very well. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and bunk beds with a tv. My kids enjoyed their space. We were able to utilize the grill on the deck and cook a great meal. Everything in the house is clean and they really set it up to make you feel at home. They have towels, pots pans, blender, toaster, and all the typical kitchen items you would need to make your stay more enjoyable. And we were able to use the elevator this time for our wagon to bring all of our stuff up. Lastly, our suburban does not fit in the garage so we park it 10 feet away in the parking lot and use the garage to hold our wagon and chairs so we don’t have to bring sandy stuff upstairs. We have done it twice and never have trouble with anyone touching our stuff

Love it

Best place I’ve ever stay in San Diego. Great location, secure building, plenty of parking easy access to the beach. The balcony was perfect to watch the sunset. Will put this place in top of our list.

The location and views from this property are amazing….the King Size bed in the master bedroom was absolutely awful. Super thin mattress and you can feel springs stabbing you. Not sure how other people are saying the beds are comfortable. A lot of gnats all around the property as well. Would not stay again for that price unless bed was replaced and bug problem fixed. Parking is absolutely a nightmare too. They have a garage but if you don’t have a compact vehicle it’s pointless
