Sunny, South facing patio. Sit and enjoy the court side patio, grilling your dinner after a fun and relaxing day at the beach, lounge on the patio sectional couch! The patio is just yours to enjoy. NEW Air conditioning in bedrooms! Everything you need for a beach vacation-- bikes (very used), beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas. NEW Smart TV in the family room, strem your own Netflix, Amazon prime video, or stream to the TV right from your phone without logging in. Direct TV included. Master bedroom with a king bed and flat screen TV, 2nd bedroom with 2 twins (and a queen air mattress for guest 5/6 if needed) . Internet, 2 flat screen TV's, washer and dryer. Located one court South of the roller coaster (Ensenada Court), beachside. One parking spot in our carport.

We had a wonderful time. Very close to the beach, restaurants, and to Mission Bay. It was nice to have a beach or bay option. Our host was really easy to communicate with. It was appreciated! We would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful home within steps of Mission Beach and Belmont Park. Susie is quickly responsive and helpful when you need assistance or have questions. We would stay here again and/or recommend in a heartbeat.

Loved this place. Great location for beach, resturants, etc. Has A/C in each bedroom. Parking is tight but works. Bring your own laundry detergent as only 2 pods provided.

We did love the property but construction was happening daily… a jackhammer was used for 2 days continuously… location was great , description was great , but construction was not .

I am so sorry about our neighbors construction. They had a flood and had to fix as an emergency. That must have been frustrating when you are in vacation. I am happy to hear you liked the house and location.:)

This was a lovely place to stay. It was so serene on the porch at night, but just steps away from the lively boardwalk. Susie was amazing. Highly recommended!!

Literally steps to the beach! Plenty of towels. Enough toilet paper & paper towels for the whole week. A ton of beach supplies - chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, bicycles, etc. We gad a fantastic stay!

The place was great! Location was amazing, steps to the beach and restaurants. Host was very responsive and helpful. Top notch experience and we would definitely stay there again!

Overall would have given it 5 stars except for the construction nextdoor. They were drilling the back patio stone for 2 days, which made it difficult to relax at the house. And we sadly could not enjoy the otherwise fabulous back patio at all due to the noise and dust. Otherwise the house is in a great location, clean, and well stocked.

I am sorry you had to deal with the neighbors construction. They had a flood and emergency demolition and rebuild. It should be over in 2 weeks. I wish I would’ve known about it, but there was no way to foresee this.

This was the perfect spot for our family vacation. Near the beach and all activities. It was such a lovely place with an amazing patio. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!
