Beautiful home with ample room for our party of 6. Easy access and all one level for one in our group who needed accommodation. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We loved the screened in porch and spent a good deal of our "at home" time there. Excellent, prompt communication with the owner. The home was very clean and the sheets and towels were good quality. We had an excellent stay and would stay again if in the area.

What a great experience! The house was perfect for our group of 4, and would be perfect for larger groups as well. We had everything we needed from start to finish, and Kimmie was wonderful to deal with. Proactive and responsive to every question we had as well. Looking forward to another stay soon!

This was our second stay at this particular Black Diamond location. Love the location and the pictures match the home. We will definitely look to stay in this home again.

We're friends who love this home for our get away. It's perfect! Enough rooms and space for each of us. This was our second year here and we plan to make this an annual trip! Check in and out - super easy, house is clean, spacious. Location is perfect!

Peaceful weekend getaway

Loved our stay at the property, perfect location, great amenities. Plenty of space to explore and relax. The house has everything needed and more for a comfortable stay. The owner was great to talk to and very helpful. Would definitelly like to stay there again

Very nice house and location

We were 4 golfers on a golf trip. The house and location were excellent. Only problem was with the coffee maker (which I understand has been fixed) but overall, the accommodations were excellent.

The house and property were lovely. The house was immaculate. Any concerns that were brought to the attention of the owner were addressed quickly and courteously. We would happily stay here again.

Outstanding Home

The house was as advertised. We were very happy with the bedrooms, they were all very comfortable. The kitchen and living room area was perfect for gathering. We especially enjoyed the patio area and TV outside. This is a property we would definitely rent again!

The house is beautiful and has pretty much everything and anything you could want or need. The only thing I was sad about is that the hot tub was not working and the listing picture is what drew me into looking at the house. It’s my fault though it states in the listing that it is not available. The only other thing is I agree with another review left, there is no really cozy furniture for laying back and watching a movie I personally spent most of my time while at the house on the screened porch. The sofa out there has seen better days (the cushions do not have much fluff left) and the middle ceiling fan does not work which would have made a world of difference out there if it did. The light on the end of the porch by the dining table was unplugged and was up high on the ceiling so I did not fool with it. We opened the blinds to the sliding door and turned the light on and that work well and gave us enough light to eat dinner. It’s was just small things that are easy fixes. Nothing that would stop me from renting this home again. The house is in a well guarded /gated community ( all of the security guards were amazing, very professional along with being kind, funny, and helpful) Kimmie was responsive and great to deal with. The house is absolutely beautiful and very clean, I would recommend it. If you are on the fence hop off and give this amazing home a try!

Let me introduce my family.... Hi, I'm Kimmie (mother, taxi driver, problem solver, chef, shopper, wife, and all around do- gooder) Our family to moved to Florida a year ago (via Calif (45 years) then Utah (10 years) Being from Ca, we wanted to be close to the beach, but didn't want to go back to Ca so Florida was a natural choice. So, Darren, myself, Haley and our loyal dogs Jax & Bo loaded up and mad the cross country trip and have never looked back. We LOVE Florida and we are sure you will as well.

This stunning home was our primary residence, so it has everything you need (and more) to feel at home. We literally packed up our personal belongings and a few favorite pieces of furniture and moved. The thing I love about our home is that every bedroom (except 1) has their own attached bathroom. The outdoor space is stunning and relaxing and the gated neighborhood is absolutely stunning!
