Welcome to your Vineyard getaway! Nestled in a quiet Oak Bluffs neighborhood, this charming two-bedroom, one-bath family cottage offers the perfect blend of comfort, character, and convenience—just a short walk to the ferry, beach, harbor, and the heart of town.

Inside you'll find:

Two comfortable bedrooms: one with a queen bed and one with a full bed
A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination
A well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals at home
A Weber grill
Window air conditioning units for warm summer days

Step outside to the furnished deck, the perfect spot for morning coffee before heading out to explore.

From here, you can easily walk to Oak Bluffs' iconic gingerbread cottages, the Tabernacle, Ocean Park, Circuit Avenue's shops and restaurants, the harbor, and the beach.

We had a wonderful 9 days at the house. We feel at home there. The location is perfect. Lisa is a wonderful host. This is our second year staying there and we hope to go back next year! It’s in walking distance to the town, and the neighborhood is quiet. I love that you can walk to Sunset park and see the ferry’s and boats coming in

Great accommodations for a family of 4. We loved to be in walking distance of shops and restaurants in Oak Bluff. Communication with the owner was superb! We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

Excellent stay on M/V. House is very clean & comfortable. Nice neighborhood that is also very private & quiet. Nice short walk to downtown Oak Bluffs. Would stay here again.

Great Oak Bluffs cottage

Perfect for couple or small family. “Very vineyard” cottage just off of East Chop. Fantastic location, clean and cute. Lisa was a terrific host, too!

Very nice cottage in a beautiful, quiet area of Oak Bluffs with sitting areas on deck. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and great art and vintage decoration. Felt very at home here.

Quality time with family

The home was lovely and the location is awesome. A quick walk to the beach, downtown, restaurants, parks and recreation. Love it and would definitely do it again.

Great Location and value

Lisa’s house is very charming, neat and in a great location in oak bluff very close to restaurants and activities of oak bluff. Lisa is also a great communicator which goes a long way. Would recommend to anyone

The host was friendly. The house was nice but needs major updating. The pictures posted online were probably pictures from a few years ago. My sister and I experienced a lot of bugs inside the home. We did let the host know and I believe she'll get an exterminator for the issue. The house was in a great location. Short walking distance to restaurants, shops, and entertainment.

Awesome location close to downtown Oak Bluffs!

Very cute house close to town. It had everything we needed. My 4 yr old son loved playing on the wrap around porch and laying in the hammock. Owner was very attentive to any questions we had. We are definitely interested in staying again next summer.

My husband I loved the cottage we rented! Lisa was so nice and very helpful. It’s a wonderful location and within walking distance of Oak Bluff. Lisa has the house stocked with all your needs. Right up the street there is a park that over looks Sunset pond and the Harbor. We really enjoyed taking a walk and sitting on the bench watching the ferries come and go. We had a wonderful 2 week stay!

Another wonderful stay

We were repeat renters and quickly booked this property for the following year once we returned home. We can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. The home is comfortable, fully equipped and centrally located. Our host was outstanding, accommodating and easy to contact/communicate with. If our plans for 2023 hadn’t changed we would have booked again immediately. But no worries, we will return.

Our first stay at this home was in 2013 and we keep coming back. Lisa is always a wonderful host and we love that the house never looks like it ages. They take such good care of everything, it’s clean and well-equipped, and it feels just like home every time. The location is incredible, with an easy walk/bike ride to Oak Bluffs center. We’ve stayed in larger house with more family members, but when it’s just a family, comfortable vibe we want, we will always stay here.

This home was the perfect place for our stay on Martha’s Vineyard. Clean, comfortable, well equipped. Smooth process from start to finish. Our host was amazing to interact with and very responsive, kind and attentive. Our stay here was just what we needed and we enjoyed our entire time there!

Outstanding

This property was perfect. It is very clean. Check in was flawless. We had some trouble getting the lock box open but Lisa responded immediately with how to open after we notified her. The listing was spot on. There were no issues and it was the perfect size for our group. The location was great as we could walk into Oak Bluffs and we were close to our friends home which allowed our son to walk back and forth with no issue. We also were very close to the bike trail which we utilized 3 separate times. Again, great job by Lisa. She was very responsive with any questions we had. I highly recommend this property and we would stay again no doubt! It made our first trip to the Vineyard very memorable and very fun.

Summer vacation

This is a wonderful spot to stay on MV - close to town, yet far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. It has all that you need! Living room is spacious and a comfortable place to relax, read, and watch TV. Deck is large and cool. Outdoor shower felt amazing after a hot day at the beach.

Many of our guests are small families or couples seeking to reconnect with Martha's Vineyard after a longer-than-expected absence. We are happy to play a small part in creating new memories for them and anyone else seeking the magic of the island.

We love this neighborhood because everything is within walking distance, yet it's also very quiet. It's also pretty convenient that you can flag down the public bus from across the street or a few yards up on New York Avenue.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Our home is an old school Oak Bluffs cottage. Although it has been updated and well-maintained, it is intentional that we have not renovated or torn it down. The traditional feel of a beach cottage is one of the things we love most. We also love how hidden we are behind those gorgeous rhododendrons.
