We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here — It was clean. convenient and comfortable to everything in OB. We walked most days through the cottages to explore the harbor and had great access to the Circuit Ave. restaurant. We’d definitely stay again.

This is our consecutive year staying at this site. Love the location and close proximity to Oak Bluffs (walkable) and other locations of interest. It’s a wonderful and very comfortable place to stay. For those that are interested the pictures on the VRBO site do it justice. We absolutely love the place.

We liked the house & location and appreciated having beach chairs. Unfortunately, it is located on a busy corner, so there is a lot of car noise while you are sitting on the deck. Otherwise- our stay was enjoyable.

Great time

Great location. You could walk to the beach restaurants and Oak Bluffs Center. The deck was great to relax and enjoy cocktails. I would highly recommend this rental

Beautiful Property!

We had such a great time! The property was clean, offered privacy within the house...3 bedrooms, 2 livingrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was close to town, the bike path and beaches. Awesome vacation!

Great home!

We so enjoyed our stay here. The house is well-equipped for visiting the beach. It has lots of kitchenware and was just the perfect getaway for us. We loved the location-just a short walk to the center of Oaks Bluff and conveniently, right by Tony’s. We especially appreciated the shelter in the yard, where we spent the evenings relaxing, safe from summer bugs.

Beautiful home in walkable location

Comfortable and clean 3 bedroom, 2 bath. We did not use the pull out couch, but it was appreciated that there was that option. The occasion was fantastic and was easily walkable to the center.

We all loved the place. The bedrooms used were very private including essentially private bathrooms. Ideal for two couples. We had one issue with cleaning services but the owner quickly addressed the problem to our satisfaction. Wonderful that it is so close to downtown and all that it offers. I would highly recommend renting this house.

The house was great as well as the location. However I would suggest Reading Lamps in all bedrooms; the luggage racks in the bedroom with no closet and hooks on that room's door. Luggage racks in all the bedrooms would be great and they are not that expensive. Would rent again

The Neighborhood

We liked living in the neighborhood. We didn’t bring a car but got about fine. All of our previous visits were on the water, but we truly didn’t miss being near the water. We liked walking the neighborhood more

Perfect Vineyard stay

The property was perfect for group of 6 friends traveling to Vineyard to celebrate a 60th birthday. Great location to walk to our favorite spots on Circuit Ave. Home/kitchen was well stocked with amenities needed to have a relaxing week. Would consider renting again. Very peaceful. The air conditioners were very nice as we have stayed in homes on the Vineyard with just fans! Perfect week with 5 of my favorite people!

2024 family vacation

Great property for our group of teens and adults. Close enough to Oak Bluffs that it was an easy walk to town, restaurants, shops, ferry and beaches. As the lone fisherman in the group I could load up my vehicle and head out for an evening of fishing without stranding anyone at the house.The house set up was great with bedrooms in one part of the house and kitchen, dining and living room in the other part. Definitely a great place to stay if you are looking to stay in the Oak Bluffs area! With a car you have easy access to every where and the house is close enough that walking to Oak Bluffs is always on the to do list!

Property as described - worked well for us

Travelling with a disabled adult and elderly parent, the house being on one level worked well. The property was as described in the listing. We did have an issue with the washing machine, but the owner was very responsive, even offering some reimbursement for not being able to use it. Overall, we were pleased with the rental.

Great Property!!!

This is an amazing property! My first time in the vineyard celebrating my Best Friends Birthday, and we couldn't have found better accommodations. This property is clean (I'm a neat freak) cozy, yet spacious with modern interior design layout. 2 Great bathrooms full kitchen and dining area. TV's in every room, wi-fi throughout the home, patio, grill, and to top it off a roll away bar :). AS if this wasn't enough it's just steps away from the beach, and the circuit avenue shoppes. I highly recommend it to anyone, as I am certain you will not be disappointed.

Great house walking distance to downtown Oak Bluffs

This is a lovely house that appears to have been recently remodeled. The baths and kitchen are very modern. The house is a nice 10-minute walk into the main part of Circuit Ave with its restaurants and shops. Additionally, there is a small grocery store almost right across the street - convenient for groceries, pre-made sandwiches or morning coffee. We found the house to be stocked with the essentials you'll need until you're able to get to the grocery store (this includes a couple of rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash can liners). We would definitely rebook if visiting the island again.

A Week to Remember!

This home is beautiful, immaculate, and spacious. We were so impressed with the accommodations, three wonderfully furnished bedrooms and two full baths! That's a luxury in Oak Bluffs. We had everything we needed and the convenience store at the corner was a pleasant surprise and affordably priced.The coffee was perfect! We visit the island every year and this year, we invited our son and his girlfriend. He proposed to her on the beautiful Cliffs at Gayhead! We are all so thrilled! Thank you to our lovely hosts for sharing your pristine home with us. This was truly a week to remember!

Perfect Location - Beautiful House

It was the ultimate experience! This one is the best of all the houses I have rented on the Vineyard over the years! It is close to all shops, restaurants, and the beach—about 10 to 15 minutes' walking distance. Tony’s Market is right out the back door. It is a grocery store if you need anything, such as food, pasta salad, wine, cheese, cold cuts, or deli meats! They have it! The house is beautiful and spacious, and each space has an individual air conditioning unit, so everyone is comfortable.The house had all the amenities we needed: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, surround sound, televisions in every room, all kitchen utensils, a coffee maker, and a toaster. There were Beach chairs and an umbrella we could take to the beach with us! The deck was nice for eating breakfast and dinner, and grilling out! The backyard is a nice size; it has a gazebo, lots of yard furniture, and plenty of parking. The house is very clean and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at this adorable 3-bedroom, 2-bath home in Oak Bluffs! The property matched the description exactly and was perfect for our family. The location was fantastic, with a market just steps away and a great restaurant nearby, which made everything so convenient. Communication was excellent from beginning to end, and the home was comfortable, welcoming, and had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone visiting Martha’s Vineyard. We would definitely stay here again!
