Dear Cedric, We were very disappointed and surprised to read your review. When we reached out to check on you after your arrival, you did not mention any of these concerns. Because the home was vacant for a week and a half prior to your stay due to the slow season, some of the issues you experienced likely stemmed from the property sitting unused. We truly wish you had informed us during your stay so we could have addressed these matters immediately. As hosts, we are unable to resolve issues if they are not brought to our attention, and it is disheartening to learn about them only after checkout. Nevertheless, we wish you the best on your future travels.

Hello Kristin. We are very disappointed in the review that you left us. You never mentioned any issues during your stay. We even checked on you after your check in to ensure your stay was fine and nothing was mentioned. You did mention the water bug issue, and we did inform you that with the amount of rain and storms that we had for the past few weeks, that bugs are more prevalent especially being that the home is highly wooded. You informed us that you only saw one bug in the home. We also do have this stated in the listing as well. Along with that, we do also have stated that ever since Covid, we no longer supply shampoo, hand soap, or conditioner for sanitary purpose, so we are not sure where the disconnect is. We would have been more than happy to address any concerns you may have had during your stay. For future reference and for any other homes that you may book, please notify the hosts of your concerns instead of being silent and then leaving a bad review. Nevertheless, we do wish you good luck on all of your future travels.
