The hotel is being renovated. This was not included in the description. The room was clean. The host interacted well — no problems. AC is good. The beach was a short walk. I wish that instructions on how to operate the cooktop were available. I search the internet for them.

Close to the beach and you could spread out your nick nats on the kitchen counter. Lot of space in the kitchen.

This was the perfect place for our 5 day stay in Waikiki for a wedding. The most important things that this place knocked out of the park for me were ease of access to Waikiki, 4 minute walk to the beach, clean space, and quiet! The air conditioning worked great. We felt so comfortable here like it could be a second home. The front desk staff are very helpful and all our needs were met. Owner communication was always quick and very helpful. We would absolutely stay here again if we are back in Waikiki.

Great location!

We had a wonderful stay here. The rental was perfect! Just a couple minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and anything else you might need 😊.

Perfect for two people having a short stay. We were in town for a wedding and watched the sunrise every morning from the deck upstairs. Steps away from the beach, restaurants, and a convenience store.

This was the best part of our 10 days in Hawaii! The location is perfect, the view from the sun deck was spectacular! I would absolutely stay there again. All of the front desk staff were courteous and pleasant. The apartment was very neat, clean and had everything we needed.

Great location!!

I liked they had free stuff like a boogie board and a snorkeling mask. Great location too. Easy to get to the beach or the many stores nearby. Would visit again.

Stayed here for short three days. Sufficient for our little time inside.

The hotel was very nice, even though it is an older building. We rented through VRBO and everything went as planned. The room and common areas were very clean. Close walk to the beach and most of Waikiki. The kitchenette in the room we rented was nice for food storage and preparation. The hotel employees were kind, helpful, and considerate. 10 out of 10, would stay in the rental we selected again.
