The room and the view were great. Able to see the fireworks at the Hilton Hawaiian Village as it was right outside our lanai.

Perfection describes this unit! Ocean view and a clear view of the fireworks on Friday night from the balcony was a game changer. The location was ideal for shops, restaurants and beach fun. It was clean and well equipped. The beach chairs and boogie boards were a wonderful addition. I'd definitely come again!

Nice comfortable until for price, beautiful view. I loved that they provided Qtips,body soap, shampoo/cond, extra towels, beach towels and extra paper towel/toilet paper.

Great view, partial ocean just high enough so you don't hear the pool or street noise, nice and shady in the afternoon. Bed was on the older side, but my husband liked how firm it was. Very clean, very roomy for a studio.Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The maintenance on this room has been severely neglected. Our bathroom Smelled like a sewer the entire time. They informed us they were coming to work on some plumbing and when we returned there was a hole in our ceiling covered with blue tape. The air conditioner dripped onto the floor. The shower was dirty. The lanai was also dirty. The view was amazing.We stayed at the Ilikai 4 years ago in a different room and it was much nicer.

We have stated at the Ilikai many times to visit our daughter on Oahu. It is a convenient location and this unit is nicely updated.

Really great room! Just as described. They should put in the listing that you can see the Friday night fireworks from the lanai perfectly! Definitely would stay again!Would be nice if there was some more basic kitchen necessities like salt, pepper, cooking oil. Full beautiful kitchen but hard to prepare or cook. Other than that (which certainly was not the end of the world) the place is beautiful! I highly recommend. Oh, they should move the bed to the other wall too. You are missing the amazing ocean and lagoon view!

View from the room was as advertised. We were sent the wrong code for the door at check-in and had to go to security to get in the room. The air conditioner in the room worked but leaked onto the tile floor. Also the microwave above the stove was not working so the room had no hood fan when cooking. There was a separate microwave on the counter. We did contact the management company about getting some extra towels for the bathroom and kitchen. They responded three times that someone would arrange for that but in the end no additional towels were delivered. Overall the price was good, the view was as advertised and we had a good stay. I would recommend the room for someone looking for a good value and great view of the ocean and lagoon.

The air conditioner dripped the whole week, we had to put glasses on the floor to catch the water, and towels under the glasses for dripping we missed. This was reported the 2nd day we arrived, along with the request for additional towels (we received the towels the day before we left). Also advised that the use of the microwave constantly tripped the breaker, so the microwave was unavailable. This was also reported the 2nd day we arrived.The unit was clean and comfortable if basic. The view from the lanai was nice, but the furniture on the lanai was also very basic and not very comfortable to linger on.We had great communication leading up to and including the first day we were there. After the complaint about the air conditioner, towels, and microwave, we heard nothing back until the day before we left.
