Very nice house on the Brazos river! Stayed there for two nights and we brought our pontoon boat and sailed to McLane Stadium for a Baylor football game. Will be staying there again...

Chalk Bluff was the perfect home for a family get together. Plenty of space indoors and out for everyone. With a HUGE back yard and pier access to the river, we couldn't have asked for a more peaceful location. The hosts were great! They responded to our texts quickly and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend that you book a stay here!

The house was clean and plenty big for our group of the 5. Being on the river with a beautiful back yard and a porch that looks onto the river was amazing. It’s very likely we will stay there again.

This was an awesome place to stay. Very clean, well decorated, well appointed, and right on the water. It had everything we needed. Area was quiet, and the whole vibe was welcoming.

Caught some huge catfish off the dock. Had the kids playing in the yard all weekend! House is modern and clean, really safe and quiet neighborhood 10/10 would stay again!!!

The owners kindly accommodated an early check in without any issue. The home was cozy and comfy and offered a great environment for us to relax and feel at home.

The river was beautiful and relaxing. My family very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you for the wonderful accommodations. Waco had some great things to see and do. Would stay at the M&M house again and recommend to others.

We loved our stay! The property is beautiful with incredible views, very clean, and full of fun amenities. The fishing was fantastic, and the hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean Great views Great for a Girls' trip!We really enjoyed this lovely riverfront home. We sat on the back deck for almost two hours one morning enjoying the view and the sound of the wind in the trees. The host was very responsive and we would book here again.

Fantastic location. Place was clean, spacious, incredible view, and a quick drive to downtown. The hosts were responsive and access was easy. This was really a great stay.

We enjoyed the backyard/deck/dock. We fished and hung out and the house was very comfortable and just as shown! Would definitely stay here again if in Waco!

The hosts are so nice! Great communication! House is so so cute! Air conditioner worked GREAT! The view is beautiful! If I could give this more than a 10 star I would!! Couldn’t have asked for more!

The was clean cozy and perfect for our stay. We enjoyed being on the river, and being close to restaurants. Our group of 6 long time friends teacher friends had a great time.

We had a wedding to go to in the area and it was a great place for the cousins to gather and play catchup! We fished, we enjoyed the fire pit by the water, we grilled and enjoyed family time! The host was super responsive with any questions before and during our stay! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family!!
