Absolutely lovely! Property and views are spectacular. House has all the amenities you could ask for, from the heated floors and towel rack to the beautiful outdoor space. Hosts were very communicative and helpful. Highly recommended!

The Perfecf Honeymoon Getaway

Mark and Renee were wonderful hosts during our stay! Their property was the perfect place to spend our honeymoon. It was perfectly stocked with everything we needed and was so relaxing. The views were amazing, and it’s a beautiful property. We hope to be back!

Gorgeous, Modern Home!

The Living Room was everything we had hoped for, and so much more. From the ultra modern touches, to the cleanliness, to the hot tub/firepit and outdoor spaces, it exceeded all of our expectations. We loved the Mountain View’s and daily deer visits! This unbelievable place is a must do if you’re in the area!

Beautiful property, book it!

This property was beautiful, inside and out! When we arrived, the door code needed reset and Mark fixed it in less than five minutes. The inside is beautiful, very cozy and inviting. They have about everything you could need. The firepit, hot tub and mountain views were all amazing. Property was clean, bed was comfy and we loved the couch and fireplace. We also made friends with the three horses down the hill and saw deer up close almost daily. Mark and Renee were super nice and great hosts! It was close enought to Manitou Springs and CO Springs to drive to daily. Check out the Wolf Sanctuary that's just a very short drive from the property if you go. We highly recommend this property!

This home and property are stunning! The home appears brand new and is unbelievably well appointed with everything you could need on your stay and not just the basics but high-end beautiful items like a Nespresso Vertuo machine with pods, creamer and sugar as well as a drawer full of breakfast snacks! there are lights everywhere, including motion detected lights in the bathroom and on each step of the spiral staircase that leads to the master bedroom. The bed is adjustable and has built-in massage. There is a huge TV that pulls out from the wall and swings all the way over so you can lie in bed and watch your favorite show. The home is lined with huge windows, (some with remote controlled blinds) that offer a spectacular view of the countryside and woods along with a pristine view of Pike’s Peak. The back patio has chairs with cushions, an amazing and large hot tub, a fire pit with seating all around it and a high-end grill, which we used one of the nights. Another amazing feature was the sauna attached the side of the house. We walked the trail that the owners cut in and among the woods and the property. There honestly was nothing overlooked to make our stay wonderful . Every time we wondered out loud to each other if they might have something, we opened a drawer and there it was! The shower, which is not super well seen in the online photos was gorgeous with an overhead showerhead and a handheld one. Mark and Renee were very responsive in their communication! A property!

Comfort, Relaxation & Beauty in the Colorado Mountains

We cant say enough about this beautiful Colorado home. From the moment we arrived, we knew we'd found the perfect home & property to enjoy our 8 day Colorado getaway. The Living Room was so thoughtfully designed by our wonderful hosts Mark & Renee. Its the perfect combination of luxury & comfort. The kitchen was stocked with everything that a cook could ask for & more. The mountain views from every window take your breath away. The patio was the a great place to relax & enjoy the cool mountain air while having mule deer swing by every morning & evening. Divide was such an excellent location too. You can enjoy the surrounding areas of Manitou Springs, Colorado Springs & Cripple Creek & be home in time for a glass of wine by your private firepit & a soak in your hot tub. The Living Room has it all & we will definitely be returning the next time we head to Colorado!

We thoroughly enjoyed this place and all it's luxury amentities! In particular, we loved the trails through the aspen trees outside. So pretty!
