Gulf View Home with Private Pool with Gulf and Bay Views

A one-block walk directly south from the driveway of 500 Maldonado brings you to the pristine white sands of Pensacola Beach. This home has decks on both the main level and top floor offering views of both the Gulf and the Sound.

The main level of this home features a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and half bath. Also located on this level is a king master suite with a private master bathroom. A wraparound deck extends along the south and west sides of the home, providing plenty of outdoor space to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Upstairs, you’ll find a second king master suite with a private master bathroom, along with two additional bedrooms. One bedroom features a king bed, while the other offers two twin beds. (new photos coming soon!) These bedrooms share a convenient Jack and Jill bathroom. This level also includes a secondary living area with two queen beds (photos coming soon) and access to a large sun deck located on the west end of the home.

The private pool is located on the ground level on the west side of the home. The spacious driveway and covered area beneath the home provide parking for eight or more vehicles. A gas grill is also available for guest use.

Excellent location and proximity to the beach entrance and the home was perfect for our group. The bedrooms, living space, bathrooms and the kitchen were very clean and nicely decorated. The kids loved the pool and we appreciated the easy key pick up and check out. Would book again!

The house and the views are gorgeous! It is a perfect corner lot with ocean views and such a short walk to the beach. The property was exactly as described, however we had 2 issues. One of which I would consider major. First, we prepped and got ready to grill then realized the propane tank was empty. We had to pay to have it filled and we’re not offered reimbursement for that. Okay, no biggie. The major issue we had were the palmetto bugs, aka roaches. They were in the dining, kitchen and living room areas. We eventually found the source and it is the pool/beach supply closet. They were everywhere in this closet. I will say the owner did send out pest control immediately, however this really was unacceptable. They say the home is treated monthly, maybe not the pool/beach supply closet? I don’t know but it was pretty gross. We also had some small bugs in the bed that is in the first floor bedroom. I did request that they get the issue resolved before renting this space to anyone else.

Family vacation

Really nice house. Perfect size for our group of nine. Outdoor area is perfect for relaxing. Loved the private pool. Kitchen was very well stocked. Location was great. Just a short walk to the beach. Close to stores if needed. We loved it!

Pensacola get away

The location is perfect. The beach is very accessible from the house. The pool was in excellent shape. Our grandkids loved it. Pool personnel came out twice during the week for cleaning maintenance. I was very impressed by that. I cannot say enough about how well kept the pool was. The beds are very comfortable. The house was clean and spacious. We had a great time.

Annual Family Beach trip 2025

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a great time at Pensacola beach. The house was in a great location and the beach and water was amazing. I spend my time in the beach when I’m Florida so i didn’t use the pool but the kids used it once. They said it was too cold. The pool was very clean upon our arrival and a pool guy came by during the week to clean it and someone also put out the garbage cans to curb side for us so that was nice. I loved that the bedrooms had king and queen beds as to accommodate adults. The upstairs living room had a futon for the kids. We really liked the house and its location. We walked to the board walk one night for drinks.

Fourth of July

Reviewer Comments: The best things about this house was the location (one street away from the beach access, the pool (clean, many water toys/floats) drive-under parking, new outside grill, well-equipped kitchen, and plenty of pool and deck furniture. On the flip side, most of the interior furniture had seen better days. The property managers were quite responsive to our concerns, and the check-in/check/out easy. Being that this was a holiday week, traffic was heavy at times, but there was plenty of activities, shopping and restaurants to choose from. The Fourth of July was the only day the beach was somewhat crowded.

Vacation Review

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the house was in a great location and loved the fact that it had two master bedrooms. However, some of the dishes were not thoroughly clean, so we had to place dishes in the dishwasher before even using them, sink had a consistent drip that was happening as soon as we walked in and we would liked to use a charcoal grill instead of gas. The house is spacious and we loved the location with only walking distance to the beach.

My kids particularly enjoyed the pool and the upstairs living area with balcony. I loved the well-equipped kitchen and comfortable king sized bed. We had six people in our party, and everyone had enough space to feel comfortable. The location is perfect, with just a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend.

Toilets running all night, ceiling fan in the master bedroom was inoperable, kitchen sink faucet knobs rotated all around. Second deck had many loose boards that need to be screwed down.

Beach house review

There were plenty dishes in the kitchen, actually over abundant supply of glasses!! Lol!! Only thing we were a little disappointed in was the lack of towels, we had to keep washing, and the bed linens were somewhat scratchy. But we’re spoiled to plush bedding. Overall the house was great & will book here again!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was clean and nice. WiFi/internet was horrible even after resetting the router multiple times. Furniture was shockingly old and in bad shape, lots need to be replaced (especially one of the queen bedrooms - bed, chest of drawers and nightstand and both living room sofas). Otherwise the stay was great.

A block to the Gulf with a pool sounded ideal and it was. There were some infrastructure issues, however. The hinge to one of the cabinet doors pulled right off. We reported it Wednesday or Thursday and it still had not been addressed when we left Saturday morning. Likewise, rails for dresser drawers in the downstairs master were broken or missing so we had to be careful not to drop them on our toes when opening them. Otherwise, it was a great set up for six adults and three little kids!
