Located directly on the pristine white sands of Pensacola Beach, this home offers uninterrupted views of the Gulf, effortless beach access, and is within walking distance to dining, shopping, and entertainment, making it an ideal spot for your getaway.

The expansive deck spans the entire Gulf-facing side of the home, providing ample space for outdoor relaxation and breathtaking sunsets. Just a few steps down from the deck, you’re less than 100 feet from the soothing waves.

Inside, the living area and kitchen are thoughtfully positioned on the south side of the home, offering stunning Gulf views to enjoy while cooking, dining, or lounging.

The master bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and a flat-screen TV, creating a cozy retreat. One guest bedroom includes two full beds and a flat-screen TV, perfect for added space and relaxation. The second guest bedroom is ideal for children, offering two sets of twin bunk beds for a total of four twin beds.

Comfy beds, plenty towels, every kitchen utensil and ALL the beach needs (chairs, umbrella, buckets and sand toys). The prime location ON the beach was exactly what we hoped for. Great sunrise and sunset views from the porch (and all the windows!) We even spotted dolphins from our view inside the house! Planning our next getaway to come back!

The location truly could not have been better—right on the beach with beautiful views and easy access to the water. It made for such a relaxing and enjoyable trip for our family.The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and we appreciated how it was stocked for guests. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described, which made settling in easy.The only thing we would have changed is that the main bedroom does not have an ensuite bathroom, which would have made it even more convenient. That said, it certainly didn’t take away from an overall fantastic experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great beachfront getaway in Pensacola!

This was the perfect little house on the beach! It was immaculate & the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The furnishings were all very comfortable. We really enjoyed our at this beach house!

It's probably worth mentioning that none of the bedrooms have a Gulf view if that's what you're looking for, but the trade-off is all the hangout areas (living, dining, kitchen) have an excellent view.

Beautiful Home

My wife and I, along with two of our sons, stayed here for six nights. We thoroughly enjoyed the home and the surrounding area. We spent some time exploring the area and just enjoying the beach. We had one rainy day when we went to see the Naval Museum, which was time well spent. Local restaurants and the pier are within walking distance. There is no shortage of things to do here, or just relax.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was in a great location. Kinda small for 7 people, but made it work. One of the toilets would run, until you fixed it after flushing, but that’s the only complaint. The location was worth it all!

Just pefect

We are a family of 4 (63, 52, 26, 23) from London England on a road trip through the southern states. Truly amazing place to stay. The Paradise Beach Rentals were really helpful and speedy at responses. Great quite location in a safe neighbourhood. Close to all amenities, car is not essential but recommended. Very clean throughout, newly redecorated and a perfect stock of all items and essentials. Perfect view of the sea and seconds to the beach. Overall 10/10. Would definitely stay again.
