Host was great at communicating, we loved having 3 bedrooms. Everything was as described. The place is not brand new but everything was clean and worked well. Free covered driveway parking. Quiet neighborhood close to main streets to easily access stores and restaurants.

This place was absolutely Perfect. Location was great. Rooms were clean and ou would recommend Zebra house again and again. Up look forward to staying here again ion the near future. Beaches and shopping are within driving distance.

Parking was off-street. Location was great for restaurants, beaches, El Yuenque National Forest. The host had beach chairs which was perfect. Loved the front porch for relaxing in the evening.

The Home was clean and had enough space for us 4. The house is near all varies shopping centers, gas stations, and local food vendors as well. A quiet neighborhood and safe. The home was equipped with everything you need from beach equipment to cooking to multiple towels extra linen, which was very much appreciated. The only downfall is that there was no AC in the living room, which is the only room in the Home that has a TV.I will also suggest getting a screen door to help keep the bugs away specially mosquitoes. The washer and dryer worked great, the host is kind enough to provide laundry detergent.

Hi Michelle, Thank you so much for your thoughtful review - I’m really glad to hear you found the home clean, comfortable, spacious for your group, and conveniently located. We truly appreciate you staying with us. Regarding the living room AC - it is an open space of ~ 400 sq ft, and in this type of tropical layout, a wall-mounted AC unit is just not effective enough at cooling the whole area. Instead, homes in Puerto Rico are commonly designed around natural cross-ventilation and airflow-based cooling. This is achieved through jalousie (louvered) aluminum windows - locally known as “persianas” - and open airflow design, which are very common in Puerto Rico due to the climate. The goal is continuous airflow rather than fully sealed cooling of large shared spaces. That said, we do understand comfort preferences vary, and we are planning future upgrades, including solar installation and additional property improvements over time. Regarding the TV - there IS an additional TV available in the closet, intended for use in one of the three bedrooms if needed. I realize this wasn’t clearly visible, so I will be adding a wall mount and clearer labeling, and I will also update the welcome guide to make this more obvious for future guests. Nice place

Nice and quiet neighborhood very accommodating. It had everything we needed to spend our week. I would definitely rent again if i go back to the island. Thanks a lot for our good stay.

Great experience!

Everything you could possibly need was already there.The house wasVery easy to find. Lots of restaurants and places to see near by. The host was very attentive. We had a great time!

Great location

We spent a month here and it was perfect and just what we were looking for. The location was very convenient. It was not far from the airport and close to grocery stores, restaurants and beaches. The house had everything we needed for the time we were there. The owner was quick to respond if we needed anything.

My son and I enjoyed our stay at zebra house. The host stayed in contact with us the whole time we were there, to make sure everything was ok. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Awesome property and location!

My recent stay was awesome and great with warmth hospitality. The property itself was clean and a very great location where everything was almost walking distance; especially the nearest bakery. Boris was a great and attentive host and i highly recommend staying here. I will definitely come back.

Amazing stay at the Zebra House with my family. Very clean, spacious & everything we needed was available. Community very friendly & we felt safe. Beaches & shopping centers near by. Drive way a plus. Thank You Boris for making our stay special. Purchasing a Christmas tree with ornaments, really meant a lot to my family. You are truly Best in class & the zebra house is a Gem. Enjoyed our stay

The property is very nice, the kitchen has great appliances although we did not cook. The neighborhood is a little loud with roosters crowing but we became accustomed to it.
