Listen to the sounds of the ocean in the beautifully updated Encanto del Mar condo, located in Fajardo, 19 miles from El Yunque Rainforest. The property offers tennis courts and many more amenities. Gated parking, Free Wi-Fi and 24-hour Security. The condo consists of 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bathroom, a lounge couch and queen air mattress with extra bedding. Two separate A/C units in the bedroom & living room. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, cookware, dinnerware and flatware provided. The building has a laundry room on the ground floor, with washer and dryer. Smart Roku TV, local cable & streaming services in living room, Smart Roku TV with streaming services in bedroom. The condo has a private ocean view balcony and a newly renovated outdoor pool. Most of Trip Advisors water excursions leave from the Villa Marina Yacht Harbour right next door to the condo. Live music can be heard on weekends from the balcony. Newly added ring camera at the front door for added security. Please be aware that Puerto Rico occasionally experiences brief power outages, which are outside of our control. These interruptions typically last only an hour or two. To ensure your comfort, our building is equipped with a generator that provides power to the elevators and hallway lighting.

The room was clean, comfortable and had a great view! The hosts gave great information in their binder for the area and were very responsive with communication! We had a fabulous time and stay!!

Fantastic stay at Encanto del Mar! The apartment was spotless, with beautiful views and a great location close to beaches, restaurants, and supermarkets. The property is very clean, secure, and has excellent parking. Easy access to water activities and a super detailed info booklet made everything simple. Would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

The host(s) were very quick to answer questions and give helpful hints. The location was beautiful! The scenery was phenomenal from the porch. The unit was clean and comfortable. There were several restaurants/bars within walking distance. El Yunque Rain Forest was quite close! The Uber to Old San Juan was approximately 60. Not too bad at all! We would stay here again in an instant!

Great place just as described

I will definitely book this place again… Joe and Jessica were responsive and kind, the place has an amazing view and is close to main stores. Convenient if going to Culebra.

Great stay Oct 2025. Exactly as described. Great views, plenty of green space, secured and ample parking. Great local restaurants down the street. About 20 mins to ferry for islands Vieques and Culebra. Ferry ride is cheap with AC and amazing views especially sunset. Host communication was great. Would stay here again.

Communication was prompt. We arrived earlier than planned and the host accomodated us to check in since the unit was ready. Everything inside was very clean and well kept, exact to the pictures. It was a relaxing time watching the boats in the marina from the balcony. Many good restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Visited Seven Seas beach as well which was very close. Would love to visit and book this unit again!
Pool area was never crowded, gets a lot of sun.

Joe and Jessica are a married couple that love to travel and see the world. In 2019 the couple embarked on a new adventure and began hosting on Airbnb. Their condo, Encanto del Mar is located on the beautiful island of Puerto Rico, in the town of Fajardo. The condo is ocean front so you will have views and sounds of the ocean throughout the entire unit.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Please read carefully BEFORE booking.
The ferry to Culebra and Vieques has been moved to the town of Ceiba, a 15 minute drive. Please note that during the weekends the area is very busy as it is next to the marina, you will hear live local bands playing the sounds of the island. We highly recommend for you to rent a car since Puerto Rico does not have a reliable public transportation system and there is no Uber or Taxi's in the area. The apartment condition is great but the building suffered damage with the 2017 hurricanes. Some areas are not fully recovered and are under reconstruction, but once you are in the apartment you will only notice the relaxing, calm, beautiful ocean sounds & views!
The closest beach and restaurants are 5 to 7 mins drive from apartment but they are not walking distance. We like to be clear with our place, what you see is what you get. We don't want you to be surprised or get bad reviews for things that are explained in our listing. We want our guests to have a wonderful experience and give our place 5 stars reviews.
