This cozy home, next to Marina Puerto Del Rey, is a charming fisherman’s villa — the perfect spot to disconnect and simply enjoy the sea. It’s not a swimming beach, but if you bring your gear, you can fish right from the shore.

The house has two levels:
The second floor includes three bedrooms, a living room, one bathroom, and a terrace with an ocean view. Two bedrooms have air conditioning and will be available for groups of up to five guests. The third bedroom, without air conditioning, can be opened for an additional fee. The living room also does not have air conditioning.

On the first floor, you’ll find the kitchen, a bar, a sitting area, lounge chairs, and an additional bathroom. A perfect space to relax, enjoy the view, and unwind in a peaceful setting.

**Our beach house is self-sufficient in energy with solar panels and batteries.**
It does not depend on external sources of electricity, always guaranteeing light, but it requires responsible use of the energy system.** • Guests will have access to all areas of the house, both indoors and outdoors.
• The third bedroom will remain closed during the stay of 5 people or less.
If the group exceeds five people, they will be able to use the space as long as an additional fee of $25p/p per night is paid. • Located next to the Puerto del Rey Marina, entering through it, you can make the most of the services offered by the complex such as restaurants, bars, tours, etc.

• Parking is free, but it is not located directly in front of the house.
Guests must leave their vehicle in the designated area and walk approximately 3 to 5 minutes to the property.
