Kitchen provides everything needed including all major appliances, kitchen essentials, and a dining table for six (6).

The family room boasts a sofa (non-sleeper), TV with DirectTV service, and access to a private patio with outdoor furniture.

The master suite features a king-size bed, TV, access to patio, private bathroom with double vanity, and separate soaking tub and large shower.

The guest bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, desert views overlooking the front entrance of the resort, easy access to hall bath with single vanity, and large shower.

Convenient in-unit laundry room with washer/dryer.

All bath linens, bath and hand soap, and shampoo/conditioner are provided. Beach towels, beach chairs, and laundry soap are NOT provided.

Needs Some TLC

Great property with a very friendly staff. The unit itself is spacious and has good bones, but overall it’s tired and dated. During our stay the guest toilet stopped working day one, the water heater didn’t work at all, light switch plates kept falling off the walls, many lamps/lights weren’t functioning and we tried to use the microwave and a large piece on top of it just fell right off when my daughter tried to warm something up. Basic cleaning supplies were not available like trash bags, dish tabs, laundry tabs or a broom. Given we pay a hefty housekeeping/VRBO fee, these things should be provided for at least the amount of days you book. There was a wall in the living room under the mounted TV that has a half a dozen cords exposed as if a piece of furniture should be covering it but wasn’t, tough with a toddler. If we weren’t in the condo much or ate each meal out it would be fine but as a family of 5 in and out all day it was not ideal. Having stayed at other places on this property I can tell you this isn’t the norm. Would not book this unit again.

Exactly as it's pictured.

The place was nicely decorated and very spacious. Besides the miscellaneous maintenance items below, it was a nice place. Don't forget your K-cups! * Missing light switch covers (multiple) * Master bath toilet handle broken (we temp fixed) * Multiple wires coming out of the wall in the living room * Broken garbage disposal

Get away

I used to expend time In Bella Sirena renting directly from owners.. I miss those days because they were AFFORDABLE.. now you have to be wealthy (which I am not) to afford the price!! I do love the property..

Needs Some Attention

1st time at this condo, but been at others at Belle Sirena. Here are some issues I have not had at others. 1. Countertops had sticky residue on them on arrival 2. Multiple light bulbs were out. Most annoying was the one out over the toilet as we had to keep the door open to get any light. 3. Masterbedroom door would not close so anyone in the familyroom had a line of sight to the toilet because there were no working lights in the toilet area and you had to keep to toilet room door open to see. 4. WiFi instructions swapped the password and network names which took a lot time to figure out the issue. I bet not everyone would see this. 5. No wine opener in the condo. 6. There are feet of AV cable exiting the wall and just lying on the floor in the living area. Its a tripping hazard for the super young and old. It certainly wasn't a bad experience, but the isues above made the vacation annoying. Luckily we hung out at our friends condo for the most part and used this to only sleep and shower.

Great get away

Loves this place but has hard time checking in due to owner not telling them we booked and i never had hot water in master bathroom Other then that place is beautiful and perfect
