We had a wonderful stay. It was very spacious for three families and had lots of on-site entertainment. The pool was huge and kept everyone entertained. Would definitely stay there again!

Great property! Easy to get to the beach and restaurants in the area. Loved the games and entertainment available in the house. Would definitely recommend this house for family gatherings and special occasions.

We had a great stay! The house has a lot of space for families and pets. The house and pool is well maintained and the beach is near by. The hosts were very responsive to any questions. I would stay again!

We just spent Spring Break here with family and really enjoyed the home. We did not have beach weather for part of the week, so the heated pool, hot tub and game room really made it nice. The beach is an easy walk or take the provided golf cart. The fenced in back yard was nice to have for our dog and the neighborhood is great for walks. The veterans memorial park is a couple blocks away and has a great play ground for kids and pickle ball courts. Downtown Port St Joe was great for dining, shopping and ice cream. Great place to stay and saves you some coin from a beach front rental.

My family really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was as advertised and we had no problems. The house was clean and had lots of room for our group of 7 to spread out. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. The owners had a very easy check out process which was a nice change. Twice they reached out to use to offer discounted extensions on our stay. Unfortunately, we were unable to take advantage of it. My family and I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay

We had an excellent stay. The house was great and the owners were even better. There was a minor issue that was not the owners fault, but was immediately addressed. Tons of things to do right there at the house and it was nicely located to the beach and other attractions. I would stay here anytime.

Perfect family vacation

Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach house with us. This home was perfect for our family of 12 adults and 3 small children. We were able to fit comfortably and had all the necessities for our stay. We hope to come again real soon!

Perfect getaway on the forgotten coast

Tim and Katie have done a fantastic job on this VRBO. Nice and relaxing getaway. Tim was very responsive to any questions I had. House was perfectly setup for our family and plan to book again.

2024 Family Vacay

This house was the perfect house for our multi family vacation. A couple blocks from the beach, gulf cart to take us there and back, lots of games for adults as well as children. Plenty of room in the house for all of us. We had a great time!

Best Week Ever!

Beautiful house close to the beach with huge pool and so many games/activities. Loved having a golf cart too for trips to the beach and short trips around the property!

Family Weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunny Saint Joe! Lots of fun had by all, human and canine approved. From the backyard pool to the pool table in the game room, this home has all of your fun covered. Highly recommend!

Great experience at Sunny St. Joe

Our family had a wonderful stay at Sunny St. Joe! We had very specific needs, Sunny St. Joe didn’t just meet our needs but exceeded our expectations. The neighborhood is wonderful, the house had everything you need for a beach vacation, and access to the gulf cart was added fun. Check in was super easy and the hosts communicated very well. Highly recommend staying here!

Great Spring Break Vacation!

Our family of 5 had a great time staying at Sunny St Joe with our good friends (family of 6) with kids ranging from age 5-11. Home layout was perfect for our crew, and everyone had a great time swimming in the pool, relaxing on the couch, playing games and going to the beach. Communication was easy, and the location was perfect. Highly recommend.

Loved the house and pool. Beautiful. Ant issue in the kitchen caused loss of many food items. We treated and it improved.

50th wedding anniversary

My parents celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary this year and wanted to celebrate by vacationing with my family! This house was perfect for us! So much to do on the property itself plus a short walk or golf cart drive to the beach! We had an amazing time being together! Would definitely recommend this home and the owners were great! Very responsive and quick to respond! An amazing experience all around!

Amazing property for extended family

Our stay on this property was absolutely perfect! We had two families with kids and the grandparents. Everyone had plenty of space and activities galore - heated swimming pool, outdoor games, game room inside and heaps of board games. The kitchen and BBQ are well equipped for cooking, but also close to restaurants in Mexico Beach and Port St Joe. The home and linens were spotless. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend to family and friends. 5* experience!

We had a few issues with the internet, the golf cart and the microwave, but I must say the owner was in Europe on vacation and he was in contact with me everyday to correct any issues. The golf cart was fixed and the internet was fix about midweek, so all in all, it was a wonderful week. The house, pool and space were great. We enjoyed the beach and PCB was close enough to go to a water park one day. Thank you Tim and Katie for allowing us to make new memories in your home.
