Great place for family get together with the grandkids. They loved the screened in pool. Good location with a local store very close. We would stay again.

We love the house and the pool and fenced in yard. The only thing I would say is the concrete and pool area needs to be cleaned and the upstairs patios need some attention. This is our 2nd year staying here and I would stay again.

The property was beautiful. The screened in patio and pool made for insect free swimming. The pool was an excellent size for a couple or family with small children. The fenced in backyard was perfect for exercising a small or medium dog. It was well furnished and the master bed was very comfortable. We hope to rent this property again!

We had a great time at the property. Kids loved the pool, the screened in patio was amazing to enjoy without bugs. We would definitely stay here again.

The outdoor pool area was very relaxing and quiet. The home was well furnished and setup for a family. We enjoyed grilling, chilling and exploring the local area and beautiful beaches. The weather was gorgeous. We would have equested pool heat during a cooler season.

Everything was very clean and as advertised. The only complaint my family had was about the pool heat getting up to temp, if you’re relying on that for your rental. The house was well taken care of and we will definitely be back in the future!

Brittney was very responsive and welcoming. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a home central to MB and PSJ. We purchased our own property this trip, but would rent this home again.

Great spot for family with children & pets. Fenced in backyard & small pool. Beaches right down the street clean & dog friendly. Port St Joe’s fun restaurants & shops. Apalachicola a quaint fishing town with restaurants & shops nice 40 minute drive. Panama City not far if you need more excitement but this location has so much. Plenty of parking. Host Brittany very responsive.

This is a great home in a good location. If a gas grill was available it would be a six star.

The property was very nice. The only complaints I have is that there isn't a grill, the fan outside at the pool would not come on and the fan in the living room roared so loud you could not leave it on. I would stay here again.

This house is a little off the beach but not far at all and the beach access has plenty of parking. The house was spotless, only a small maintenance issue, but it was jumped on super fast and acknowledged. The pool in the back was a treat, not very big, but heated was a plus!! Will definitely request this property again in the future! Great for families, and pets.

We loved the property! We had an issue with the free standing ice maker which didn't work. It wasn't an issue for us though. House was exactly like the pictures. Everything looked to be recently updated. It was very clean on the inside. My only suggestion is better cleaning on the 2 outside patio's off the bedroom, again not an issue for us. The house was close to the beach and parking wasn't an issue. We had an amazing time especially hanging out at the pool. The patio was amazing. TV, pool, and cute bar area!! I highly recommend this house and will rent it again!

Dog friendly, responsive hosts the only thing I would have liked is more trash bags/dishwasher pods. We stayed a week and only had 2 trash bags so we had to purchase some

First and foremost I have to say thank you to Brittany for the opportunity to stay in her beautiful home. However, I would be remiss to not mention areas of improvement. they do have beach chairs for your use! While we were only there for the weekend only two kitchen trash bags were left in the home.

Thank you for your review of Palm Paradise. The county only picks up receptacles once a week so garbage can be left from previous guest until collection day. Happy to make space with a pickup or drop bags with notice of needs. I hope we have an opportunity to accommodate you all again in the future to provide a 5 Star stay. Thank you

Beautiful home we enjoyed everything about our stay only thing I found is the group before me had a pet which I have no issue with except when we checked in there was dog hair in living room floors and kitchen and back porch

Wonderful house, pool was great! Only 2 downsides was there was a lot of white dog hair in the back pool area and it kept getting on us/our stuff, probably from previous tenants and the key lockbox on the front porch was very finicky so when we got there we couldn’t get in, we had to wait for someone to come open it for us. Other than that it was great! Would stay again for sure!

Remember that there is a charge to use the pool heat. Also be careful walking in the fenced backyard because of pets that stayed there before you got there. Otherwise, a good location with the beach a few blocks away.

Regarding the pool heat, there is an additional fee to heat the pool, which is fully disclosed in both the listing and rental agreement prior to booking. Because the pool is gas heated, that utility cost is passed through to guests who choose to use the feature. As for the fenced yard, this is a pet friendly home, and while the property is professionally cleaned between each stay, we always encourage guests to remain mindful in outdoor areas just as they would at any pet friendly property.
