Summary:
Best location in Puerto Peñasco? Beautiful fully equipped 3 Bedrooms 3 Bathrooms villa. Located on Sandy Beach surrounded with restaurants, bars, rentals, boat cruise and Whale Watching. There are five pools on the property plus the Ocean to hang out on.

And there's even more fun! with LIVE MUSIC in the Swim pool bar on the weekends.

The Space:

Single level villa with 3 Bedrooms 3 Bathroom perfect for a family or friends getaway with free parking outside of the Villa
There is everything you need, and more to have fun
The Villa is completely furnished with dishes, dishwasher, washer & dryer, pots and pans for cooking along with basic cooking amenities etc. There are toys for the beach in the two car garage.

There are three beautiful bedrooms, and three full bathrooms. There is plenty of room for everyone.

This Villa was absolutely perfect!. It was clean and beautiful. The location to the beach and swim bar was ideal. We wemt with 2 other couples and everyone loved that they each had their own bathrooms and comfy bed. I will definitely be staying here again!

Marti’s villa was perfect for our family weekend getaway! From the start, communication was excellent, and they went above and beyond, sharing local recommendations and even helping us arrange masseuses at the villa. The place was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed, from coffee and a case of water to even little things like contact solution that I forgot to bring. We loved the space and all the amenities, and truly enjoyed our time here. We’d absolutely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Marti’s villa in Rocky Point. The villa was beautifully decorated with a coastal feel, very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We had a minor issue upon arrival, but Marti responded immediately and had it resolved right away. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, and we appreciated the boogie boards available for guests. The location was perfect, with easy access to both the pool and the beach. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this villa!

Beach Getaway

We had an amazing time at Bella Sirena. The villa was extremely clean and well stocked. The owner was super friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely stay there again.

The unit is very nice. Individual mini splits in all rooms is a great plus! Beds comfortable! Host is very accommodating and helpful.

Great stay!

The villa is very nice. The owner is very attentive and nice. Located really close to main pool and pool bar. It’s second villa from pool bar so location is perfect. Could have used a few more smart tv options or channels but we spent most of our vacation with tv off! Will definitely rent again or recommend!

We are definitely recommend to stay on a villa9 feeling to stay on that property like you are in your house . We have really nice easy communication with owners. They contact us do we need anything and if we needed to feel free to ask them, but they are not really reason for asking anything four more .

The grounds at Bella Sirena is why we continue to return year over year. This year we opted for a villa and we were blown away with this particular unit. It was fully stocked with all essentials, plenty of towels and beautifully decorated. The unit is also conveniently located to the beach and pools. Check in was easy and communication with Marti was seamless. We can’t wait to rebook this villa again.

We love villa 8. The host was amazing. Bella Sirena is gorgeous. The pools need some love though. They are getting rough. The drinks were pricey as well. But our villa was so worth overlooking a few things about the resort.
