Rent this beautiful apartment, El Velero at Boquerón located within walking distance of El Poblado de Boquerón, one of the main tourist attractions of the island in Cabo Rojo.

The space
This Apartment is fully equipped for your convenience.

The kitchen has everything you might need: stove, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen utensils and basic stuff such as paper towels and dish soap.

Also there are two bathrooms, two bedrooms, dining room, living room and two balconies where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and a nice breeze. There are Three A/C unit which covers the entire area, but it is generally not needed if you enjoy having the doors and windows open to take advantage of the fresh air the breezes offer.

The location offers a variety of restaurants with local and international tastes. Among the alternatives walking distance are: Pika Pika, Roberto Gastroteca, Tacos & Flowers and Barola Gastrobar.

Beaches near: Balneario de Boquerón ( 7 minutes), Playa Buyé (9 minutes), Combate Beach (16 minutes), Playa Los Pozos (20 minutes).

Local Supermarkets, pharmacies, shopping centers and bakeries nearby.

Laundry room: Washer and Dryer available for extended stays.

Other things to note
There are 2 beach chairs, linens, towels and beach towels, as well as an ironing board and iron for your use.

We are providing some bathroom essentials such as body wash, shampoo, and hand soap.

For special occasions we offer service of flower arrangements with wine, charcuterie and chocolate. Ask for available package.

If you need to wash clothes, there is a laundromat located in Boquerón (Boqueron’s Laundromat) which is about a 2-minute drive from the apartment.

Additional rules
A. MEETINGS AND/OR EVENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED in the apartment. Authorization to make any special event must be obtained in advance from the apartment manager.
B. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment; smoking is only allowed in designated areas of the building.
C. Only the people mentioned in the reservation are accepted in the apartment.
D. It’s not allowed visits to the apartment. Only one motor vehicle is allowed per rental unit. Additional vehicles will remain outside the facilities.
E. The owners and the administrator are not responsible for any accident, injury or illness that occurs while you are in the apartment or facilities. In addition, they are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
F. Music with obscene language and high volume is prohibited. It is necessary to maintain order and respect the law.
G. The property and all furnishings must be kept in excellent condition. If acts of vandalism or damage to any belonging of the property are found, the repair or replacement of this will be invoiced.
H. Use only the appliances for their intended use.
I. During the stay in the apartment, clean towels and bed linen are made available to guests, which must be delivered in the same conditions in which they were received. If any item is missing from the apartment, its replacement will be billed.
J. The garbage generated during the stay must be taken to the garbage can of the building.
K. Pets are not allowed.
L. It’s not allowed to turn off any security equipment available in the apartment, such as cameras, alarms, smoke detectors, others.
M. The apartment must be delivered in the same conditions in which it was rented.
N. Check in time: 4:00 pm
O. Check out time: 11:00 a.m.
P. Any change in check-out or check-in time must be authorized by the owners of the apartment, otherwise charges will be charged for the use of unauthorized hours.
