This 1946 farmhouse has been remodeled this recently. Talk about location!!! This home is located within 1 mile of Silverback Distillery, Flying Fox Winery, and Brewing Tree. Fresh paint, new bathrooms, remodeled kitchen and new appliances. All new beds, mattresses, linens, and kitchen supplies. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything necessary for a fun meal with family and friends. The home has 3BR/2 full baths, LR, DR, Kitchen, and large family room downstairs. The master bedroom has a king and a day bed and the other two bedrooms each have queen beds. The house offers 2 decks on the back of the home for outside fun and includes a large gas grill. There is a small swing set area for children. There is also a large fire pit with chairs. Finally, there are outside games for fun and entertainment. We have everything you need for a great stay with family and friends in Nelson County while enjoying all that the area has to offer.

This was our second time staying at Sarah's property. The house is located on a beautiful property with great outdoor space. It’s near many attractions, and this time we were able to check out nearby Blue Mountain Brewery. We had a great visit with family and plenty of space to gather. The house has everything you could possibly need, and is spotless and comfortable.

Everything was so wonderful! The house is beautiful and had every thing you could need and more. The perfect location to wineries and breweries. The host is very responsive and helpful. We are so glad to have stayed here!

This is exactly what we were looking for. Wr attended a concert on Friday and Saturday nightat JPJ arena, which was 20 or so minutes away. Plus we were on the main road that had multiple wineries. We even went to a distillery and leaders, all within a couple of miles. The house was perfect for our group, 3 couples. Comfy beds and a great kitchen area. The downstairs was nice too along with the outside. We didnt get to hang out much though, since were were busy exploring.

Everything was as listed and we were very satisfied with the house. We didn't get to spend much time on the property as we were busy with 3 day wedding activities. But the location was convenient and we were very comfortable while we were there. We would love to stay at this house again.

Everything about Coin cottage was great! The kitchen was very well stocked which was great because we prepared a few meals there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This is such a great house. Easy to get to, close to Crozet where we have family. All the beds were comfortable, the kitchen and dining area had everything we needed. Family/rec room in the basement was a bonus. Weather and wind prevented us from enjoying the lovely fire pit area, but the whole property was great!
We added a champagne cork!

Perfect Adult Getaway

Awesome location near a number of wineries, Brew Pubs, and a distillery. Accommodations were great and met all of our needs.

Lovely house with a large kitchen. Easily seats 6 at the table. Nice seating area both upatairs and down. Great yard with a fire pit. Wineries and Monticello very close distance. Would recommend to others.

We have been renting out our beach homes for many years. We decided we needed to add a mountain home with lots to do. We selected the Afton area based on the many things available to do and the beautiful location.

This rustic farmhouse needed some love, and we have been working on it for several months to remodel. Some of the wood floors still have scratches and there will always be work to do here, but we have come to love the home and hope you will too.
