Beautiful 5 bedroom 5 bathroom home with pool and spa!
Great place for the whole family or a couples getaway. Gorgeous backyard with a large pool and hot tub with an outside kitchen, fireplace table. Our home has five bedrooms all with bathrooms two of the bedrooms have a jack and Jill bathroom. The living space has a large kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook your meals and is open into the living room. Also, has a formal dining room and living room. This area has lots of nearby hiking and mountain biking trails. Also, just minutes from restaurants, shopping, and a golf course.
First floor: one bedroom with bath, kitchen, living room, formal dining and living room, bathroom, and office
Second floor: four bedrooms, including the master all with bathrooms, laundry room and gym
HOUSE RULES
PLEASE RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORS Any issues with the neighbors or the local authorities may result in early nonrefundable termination of your tenancy here.
No loud music outside the house.
Quiet time is 9pm outside.
Please do not rearrange the furniture.
No smoking inside the house.
No parties or formal events are allowed on our property with out prior approval by manager.

Family time
We enjoyed our stay; the house was clean, well-kept and beautiful. The family loved the pool, and BBQ area. We would love to come back another year for family time.

Great house and great host
We loved the house, and the way it’s laid out. Really worked well for us to have so many bathrooms and the outdoor pool and seating area was amazing. Definitely a fan favorite. Was really well set up for kids with play areas and toys available. Would rent this house again no question.

Very clean, extremely well stocked with towels and accessories, great neighborhood, heated pool and hot tub. Quiet home. Perfect for what we needed. Thank you to the owners. This is a lovely home that can accomodate a lot of people.

Better than advertised
We stayed here with a family of 13. Angie made sure there were appropriate sleeping arrangements for everyone. The pool was warm and there were lots of outdoor activities to do if we wanted to. The outdoor seating area received a lot of use. The fire table and patio heaters were a nice touch. If we we come back to the area we will definitely stay here again

Beautiful Property
We had an amazing experience here...not only was it a beautiful property, the location was fantastic. We were able to take walks up the hills on the trails located up the street, and then hang out by the pool. There is SO much space and the layout of the downstairs was perfect for entertaining. We really enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend this property to anyone who is staying in Simi Valley. 5-stars!

Spectacular Property
The home was spectacular and pristine. Great location. Pool was nice. Responsive management. 5 star in every way. Our family used 4 of the bedrooms. Very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood with access to hiking trails. Excellent value for what is provided.

Luxury and comfort
The home was stunning. Great decor. Beautiful backyard with lots of room. Kitchen extremely well stocked for preparing large family meals. Bedrooms so comfortable with attached bathrooms. The host was quick to reply to our questions as we prepared to travel to the home. We would be happy to return for another family reunion in the future.

Great Place for Families
The house and grounds are beautiful! The house is very well stocked, especially the kitchen. We had 6 adults and 7 kids (ages 7-16) staying in the house, and there was plenty of room for everyone. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub, as well as all the games the house is stocked with.

Palace on the Hill
What a Wonderful Home.
Extremely spacious, well architected, every aspect is thought out and well crafted.
The home is well decorated and apportioned. Kitchen made preparing large meals easy. Large high end frig. Double oven, island, space, utensils ,etc, all high quality and pretty new.
Cabana, outdoor kitchen is to die for. This was a pleasant surprise. Space heaters provided plenty of heat for our December outdoor dinner. Hot tub after. Sooo, nice.
