Despite this, it is conveniently close to excellent restaurants, retail options, golf courses, and outdoor activities such as hiking and biking. Additionally, it is only a few miles from Malibu Beach, a Presidential Library, and the vibrant nightlife of Hollywood and Los Angeles.
