Our newly remodeled pool home invites you to a private oasis, just steps away from the pristine beaches of Rum Point, the serene cove of Kaibo, and the enchanting Starfish Point. Indulge in the luxury of private living with Kai Baby's spacious rear sun deck, new pool and cabana with outdoor kitchen, beverage cooler, pool bath, a delightful dining area with lounge chairs, and a beach sand yard for carefree play. The waterfront beckons you to swim or paddleboard in crystal-clear waters. Explore the surroundings on our provided bikes – start your day with a leisurely coffee at Kaibo and end it with a breathtaking sunset at Rum Point.
Kai Baby, fully renovated in 2022, boasts a stylish interior with brand-new furnishings. The well-equipped kitchen features a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker, a KDou Combo coffee maker for carafe or K-cup use, a microwave, blender, range, and toaster. The living room and both bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs connected to wifi, complemented by cable TV for additional entertainment along with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi.
Immerse yourself in the beautiful pool which will finish construction in August 2024, enjoy the beauty of our waters with complimentary watercraft, including an adult-size full paddleboard, two adult kayaks, a junior kayak, and a junior paddleboard. Life vests ensure safety during your aquatic adventures. To explore the charm of Rum Point, take advantage of our two adult bikes and two junior bikes.
For your peace of mind, Kai Baby features a comprehensive security system, including a Ring Alarm system, Ring Doorbell camera, and a Ring security camera above the rear door. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities at Kai Baby – your home away from home.

- A refundable $500 Security Deposit is required and returned less than 14 days after vacancy pending any damages

Tranquility at its finest!

First let me start off by saying the hosts were absolutely amazing! They communicated everything so well. The house itself is so well decorated and cozy and well stocked. However it's the outside that really shines. The pool area is amazing day and night. The dock by the water was a perfect way to end the evening and do a little stargazing. This is of course after cooking or dining at one of the local restaurants. There are bikes, paddle boards and kayaks available for the more qctive. What an amazing experience overall. Thank you Lee and Tamara!

Cayman Kai family stay

Kai Baby is a well furnished excellent property. Highly recommended. Located near Rum point and has all amenities needed for a great stay.

Great little cottage in a great location

Small but updated and clean. Walking distance to the Rum Point and Kaibo. We enjoyed the bikes, paddle board, and Kayak and coffee on the back porch. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing vacation

This cute 2 bedroom home was perfect for our family- great location to two beaches, enough room for two boys to play outside comfortably, kayaks, bikes and paddle boards. The owners were extremely helpful in every way. Highly recommend.

Great location

We really loved the laid back vibe of rum point. The location of the house is great. We walked to rum point to get an excursion to stingray city, enjoyed the beach and lounge chairs. Took the bikes down the road to starfish point. The house had everything we needed. We kayaked the bio bay right across the street. We definitely recommend going to Tukka for dinner, it was great. We absolutely would stay here again.

Perfect island “home away from home”

Kai Baby and the Rum Point neighborhood set the stage for a relaxing and fun family vacation. The home was perfectly outfitted for our family of three and we loved having access to the bikes and kayaks. We enjoyed making some meals “at home”, as well as dining at Kaibo and Rum Point restaurants. The setting of Rum Point immediately transports you to a quiet, laid-back tropical paradise. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you!

Great stay

Great stay in Grand Cayman. Walking distance to Rum Point, Starfish beach and short distance by boat to Sting Ray City. Great communication with host. The house was spotless and had every item you could possibly need. My boys enjoyed the bunk beds and games. We spent a lot of time exploring the island so we really only spent our nights at Kai Baby. Will definitely return in the future for another stay.

Very pleasant stay

We had an amazing stay at Baby Kai! The place was spectacular with all the amenities you need for a stay. It was a home away from home and conveniently located across the bioluminescent bay and very close to Kaibo dock where boat picks you up for a sting ray city tour. Our hosts Lee and Tamara were great that they made sure we have everything we need during our stay. Thank you guys! 5 stars all the way and will recommend! We will keep in touch in the future when we visit the Grand Caymans again!

Kai Baby

Kai Baby was a great place to stay!! It was very clean, so peaceful, close to restaurants, starfish point, rum point. We really enjoyed riding the bikes and kayaking in the canal behind the house. It was very private. Lee and Tamara were wonderful hosts, very attentive and communicative. I highly recommend staying at Kai Baby. And the pool that is coming this summer will be amazing! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Best host ever

This house was perfect, the most equipped house for a Caribbean stay possible, beach towels, ice chest, paddle boards, sun screen. It was for my wife’s birthday and it was so quite and peaceful yet close to amenities, we did the sting ray city boat tour with red sail sports and we’re able to walk to departure 0.3 miles from the home. 10/10 everything was perfect

Perfect Spot "off the beaten path"

We chose this area for the first leg of our stay to check out the quieter side of the island and it delivered! The place itself was VERY private with no renters on the left side, a new build on the right, and new (but not built) development across the water way. We unfortunately didn't get to use the Paddleboard's or kayaks bc of rare wind, but we caught plenty of fish off the dock, and used the bikes each morning to explore the area. The house was stocked with everything we needed, it was very clean. We even cracked open a fresh coconut for our rum drinks that fell from the palm in the back!

Just what the Doctor Ordered! Fantastic water front cottage with everything you need to relax. Unwind and have a great time with bikes, paddle boards, kayaks and BBQ grill. The local owners were an awesome wealth of knowledge and went out of their way to make sure our trip was perfect. Starfish Point park was just a short bike ride down the street great for morning walks or hanging out in the water with the starfish. Just a short drive to the Cayman crystal Caves (very cool). Day trips to see this beautiful island was so much fun especially to come back to this relaxing paradise retreat.

Rum Point Gem

This property was incredible! It was a great central Rum Point location, great water sports toys and very comfortable, well maintained, and modern facility. Our family enjoyed the outside living space, the paddle boarding and especially the biking. We took the bikes for a short ride to watch the sunset from Starfish Point, we sat outside in the Caribbean breeze for our evening BBQ's and walked to iconic Rum Point. Our daughter spent hours on the paddleboard, and we swam with the bioluminescence after it got dark. We had a fantastic vacation! Thank you to Lee for making our stay most memorable!

A Wonderful Place!

If you want a great alternative to the busier west side of Grand Cayman - this property is it! Kai Baby is a wonderful spot to get away from it all and unwind - yet there was still so much to do! We rode bikes, paddelboarded, snorkeled at Starfish Point, and had drinks and dinner on the water at Kaibo. We also had a great time at the newly remodeled Rum Point (it’s beautiful!). The property is brand new and everything is well appointed and comfortable. The beds are especially comfortable. The huge back deck is a great place to hang out - very quiet and private. Lee and Tamara are great hosts and it really felt like they had thought of everything. We especially appreciated all of the little touches - like the travel cooler, which came in very handy. We are veteran CI travelers and we will definitely be back to Kai Baby!

My sister and I had the best time at Baby Kai. The dock was perfect for morning coffee and the water is so clear you can see the bottom. We rode bikes down to Kaibo Espresso each morning (~10 min ride) and were within walking distance to Rum Point as well. The north side of the island is pretty remote but I am so glad we decided to stay away from the bustle of Seven Mile while still close enough to drive back to beaches/restaurants. Lee and and Tamara are excellent hosts and so communicative and welcoming, no over-the-top requests for checking out. They even provided a welcome guide with restaurant and recreation suggestions for the whole island. 15/10 recommend this little slice of heaven, so glad we booked Baby Kai!

Quiet Retreat

My husband and I had a wonderful holiday at Kai Baby. It is located on the North Side, at Rum Point. This area is away from the hustle and bustle of the city area, which we liked. It is a quaint place with everything you need. The new pool addition is great, and an outdoor bathroom was a brilliant idea. We loved getting on the bicycles and going down to the Cafe first thing in the morning and sitting by the beach with our freshly baked chocolate croissants. What a treat! We also used the kayaks twice; once in the channel behind the house, and the second in Bio Bay, both during the day.The house itself is charming inside, big enough for the two of us and had everything we needed. The main bedroom was very comfortable, the AC which we turned off during the day cooled the place down quickly and efficiently. The shower had great pressure, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cutlery, knives, pots and pans etc. We cooked almost every night, and used the BBQ conveniently located out the back door. The tv's worked great too. There are 2 larger grocery stores closer to the airport and a family run grocery store closer to the house, but smaller which we also used. Owners were wonderful and we had regular communication with them.We had a relaxing time at Kai Baby and would return to visit in a heart beat. Thanks Lee and Tamara for sharing your home with us! Kai Baby is FANTASTIC

This was our second time staying at Kai Baby and it was even better than the first time...which is hard to believe! The owners take such good care of the property. It is immaculate, very clean, well stocked and perfectly located. It is cozy, but great for 2 couples or a family. We truly enjoyed riding the bicycles to Starfish Point to see the starfish and to Kaibo for dinner and drinks. It didn't happen this trip, but we look forward to taking advantage of the paddle boards during our next stay. The kitchen is well stocked and the BBQ grill made for a great dinner. We also highly recommend Kurt's Corner if you want a GREAT local dinner. We each worked a few hours each day and found the desk and TV/monitor in the guest room to be a great addition. The WiFi also worked perfectly. Thank you for the delicious rum cake. Nice touch!

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!!

This was our 3rd time visiting the island, and 1st staying here at Kai Baby, and it did not disappoint one bit. Located in a great spot, right around the corner from Kaibo, Rum Point, and Starfish beach. Morning coffee, and evening drinks on the dock out back were an everyday occurrence. We took full advantage of the kayaks almost every morning and paddled around in the back canal. Even went all the way around the corner to the ocean outlet. It was a BLAST! We also took the bicycles out a few times., a night time ride under the full moonlight to starfish beach (about 5 min ride) was phenomenal! The home itself had everything we needed. From an airfryer (we got in late and picked up pizza and fries to make), to a bbq grill (we cooked an amazing jerk pork tenderloin, and a great salmon filet, along with baked potatoes!),tv, cable, ac, back patio area with lounge chairs and picnic table, not to mention the fresh coconuts falling from the trees for drinks! We would absolutely stay here again when we visit next. Especially with the pool that's to be installed!!!! Hands down a GREAT chioice for a place away from all the craziness of the island!

Amazing is an understatement.

Our hosts were extremely friendly and super welcoming. Before our vacation, they sent us a guide with a whole list of places to visit on the island, and even shot us a quick message during our stay to make sure everything was going well, and to offer a couple more suggestions. They were always super quick to respond to our questions, both before and during our trip. The location is unbeatable. We were a minute drive from rum point beach, less than 5 min drive from starfish point, and literally across the street from the bio bay. Rum point just offers a much quieter, and more peaceful vibe than other places on the island. The Kai baby home itself was a clean and updated house with everything you could possibly need. We had a full kitchen stocked with cooking ware, which made our stay so enjoyable. The beds were all incredibly comfy, and the AC always kept the house perfectly cool. Every night we had a perfect view of the sunset right from our front door. Our favorite (recreational) amenities were definitely the bikes and paddle board. The bikes were really great for exploring the immediate area, but the paddle board was THE BEST (and it saved us 100s of dollars). We used it to check out the bio bay ourselves and paddled out to THE reefs (that all of the tour groups go to) at rum point beach, allowing us to enjoy these wonders as long and freely as we wished. All in all, we had such a nice vacation and we would definitely recommend staying by the Kai baby vacation home!

beautiful house in beautiful neighborhood!! best side of the island and perfect accommodations!

The house is perfect! Absolute best location to enjoy yourself in Grand Cayman! We arrived late at night (flight delayed) and check in was a breeze! Front porch lit up so it was easy to see what we were doing! Clean and comfortable accommodations that had everything you would need. It was very nice that some food and drinks and condiments/spices are left in the house and fridge. The bikes and paddleboards are in excellent condition. The pool is perfect with comfortable chairs and couch. Beds were comfortable too! This house is easy walking distance to Starfish point, Kiabo and Rum Point. It is a lovely neighborhood where many people are out excercising in the morning. Safe from fast traffic. We enjoyed it all and definitely made the right choice on renting this cute, clean, well stocked house!!

Very Special Island Retreat

My husband and I just returned from a week of staying at Kai Baby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was tidy and comfortable. We used the kayaks and the stand-up paddleboard several times, both in the water behind the house and across the street in the bio bay. Having our own pool was wonderful, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We took advantage of the nearby Rum Point Beach and Resort, which had awesome snorkeling right off the beach. This was our 5th time visiting the Cayman Islands. We prefer being on the quiet side of the island versus high rises and lots of traffic. I would not hesitate to book this property again.

Kai Baby

First of all, thank you Lee for sharing your lovely home with us. We had a wonderful stay. The space was neat and tidy and met all our needs. We had a small issue with the water heater at the beginning of our stay, but Lee promptly got it fixed. We traveled with our two adult sons, so having the addition of the pool and cabana area was amazing to have. It made for many peaceful nights sitting by the pool. If we have a chance to come back to Rum Point, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you Lee for helping us make some wonderful family memories!
