A Tram View-Mountain views and watch Gatlinburg historic cable tram passes by

Very sorry you encountered any issues. You spent 4 nights at this cabin and our records indicate you did not contact us regarding these issues. After reading your review we did go to the cabin. The door that was hard to open had the knob replaced. The grill operated fine upon our visit. There is a timer on the grill that has be turned on along with the gas in order to operate it. We have the cabin advertised that fireplaces are turned on until November. The temperatures during the day in October are still getting into the 70's. Did not encounter any furniture broken down. There should be no surprise there was not a couch in the game room. The photos showing the game room do not included a couch in that room. None of the bedroom photos show tv's in there either. Not sure what you mean regarding the pillow cases and sheets. We do ask guest "IF you have time" to do a few things to clean up after yourself and things that will help our cleaning staff to complete their clean a little faster. Stripping the beds, returning any moved furniture, clean used dishes and put them up prior to leaving. This is all just common courtesy. If you are unable to do that it is not a big deal. We sure wish you had given us a chance to address your issues during your stay so we could have attempted to make your stay better.

This cabin is under new ownership and steps have been taken to update the cabin and there are several more plans in the works to continue the updates. So sorry about the gas for the grill. We would have been happy to replace that tank for you if planned to use it or made us aware of it during your stay. Nonetheless, we will now get that replaced immediately.
