Great little condo just a short walk from the beach! The unit itself was clean, comfy, and well maintained. Really happy with our stay and would recommend this place to anyone!

Enjoyed my stay at this Port Aransas condo. Close proximity to restaurants and activities. Beach was an easy walk from condo. Excellent short stay.

Quaint & Cozy

Property was clean and easy to get to. It's a great location for walking down to the beach as well. Very cozy and calm. It's not far off the main road, but is private enough that you can easily wind down after being in town all day. We'd absolutely stay again!

Ladies getaway

Everything was exactly as described. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool was nice and just around the corner from the beach and restaurants. Enjoyed our stay, will book again.

There were visible greasy hand prints on walls, mirror above bed and on door by patio. Floors had not been swept. Broken glass on picture on the wall, torn area on couch, pillows and couch weee dirty. Internet didn’t always work.

This lovely little condo is within walking distance to the beach, and while we appreciate the feedback, we don't advertise an ocean view. The pics of the ocean are of the boardwalk as described in the write up. We are glad she enjoyed her stay.

Perfect getaway

Loved to convenient beach access. No need to drive to the beach ! Cute place with everything you need for a fun getaway. Owner super nice and condo very clean. Will definitely rebook this place again in the future.

Just as described.

Property was fine. Nice to have a full kitchen and the pool was a nice feature. Enjoyed the stay and would use again.

Beachin’

Pros: ceiling fans, cold AC, washer & dryer and a nice size bathroom and living room. Cons: can’t see the ocean, double beds, and short walk to get to the boardwalk Overall we had a great stay, and would stay again.

Nice rental for the money

Check in went smooth. Melissa was nice and helpful. We enjoyed eating out so didn’t cook. Did enjoy our coffee. Had to furnish some paper towels and ice, but not a big deal. Would look at again.

Thank you for the great review. We do try to keep our prices reasonable as we understand vacationing can be expensive. We love hearing that you had a nice time and would return! There are so many great restaurants in Port A!

Pictures must be outdated because the actual room is very old including furniture, beds and propert

Although we had a room to sleep and shower. The pictures on website make it look very modern but it is not. The furniture is old and torn and the beds at hard.

We always want our guests to have a great stay and are sorry this didn't happen for her. The pictures are current. The condo is located in an older complex; however, we have lots of very happy customers who return and choose this very property. We keep our prices affordable and the proximity to the beach is awesome.

There is 1 assigned parking space and a small amount of guests /overflow parking. We certainly wish we could guarantee more parking spaces, however, the complex parking lot is small. We are grateful that the parking spaces are assigned so you should always have a place to park.

Beach time

The AC drain dripped in the bathroom sink which splattered on anything close th that sink. Other than that we had a great time and enjoyed our stay

Port A vacation.

The condo was cute and very clean. Close to the beach. An older building with old ventilation. I am highly allergic to mold. I had some issue because the ducts were black. But over all, the place was good for the price point. Close to the beach and having a pool on site was nice.

No view of the beach from the unit.Host was very cordial and interested in our comments and requests during the stay. The pool and its area were a great option although it was too chilly to swim (November).The unit itself was aging gracefully. It has a new dishwasher, but all of the other appliances were functional, but aging. Beds were minimally adequate. There were no instructions on using the 2 Fire-TVs.
