Located along a bend in the East Verde River, this cabin backs to beautiful red rock cliffs & the Tonto Nat’l Forest. Enjoy the solitude of a river all your own in the back yard, with shallow spots to park a chair and enjoy a beverage with your toes in the water, and splash pools for kids.

Sitting about 25 degrees cooler than Phoenix temps, this cabin provides a serene pine shaded spot to serve as a group base for hiking nearby trails, visiting Water Wheel for year round fishing, hiking at the Tonto Bridge, Off-Roading Pyeatt Draw, or visiting Pine, Strawberry, or Rim Trails & Lakes. The House is a comfortable 4 Bedroom that works well for Girls or Guys Weekends, or for two families with kids to share for a weekend. Enjoy the s’mores over the fireplace or fire pit on cool nights and enjoy almost an acre of your own forest setting for cooking on the Blackstone or indulging in all day relaxation.



NECESSARY RULES AND REGULATIONS:

Because we care about the guest experience, we must ensure that each home is treated with respect for the following guest. Please make sure that you meet the following criteria and agree to the following rules before you book this home: 
   
- You must be 33 years of age to book this home
- A signed rental agreement is required to book this home
- NO bachelor parties, weddings, or other events are allowed
- Occupancy is limited to 13 people, exceeding maximum occupancy without prior approval will result in additional charges of $250/person/day
- No loud noise after 9pm. Violation could result in removal without refund.
- A valid credit card is required for all incidentals
- Cancellation of a reservation will result in a loss of all rents paid
- Reservations are non-refundable   
  
After you book, you will send us your personal email address so we can send you our rental agreement. We will collect a credit card and ID to place on file. In order for us to verify your identity, we must collect a CC. You are agreeing to submit ALL this information to us after you book. Also, the agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking.

For stays of 30 nights or more, we require a refundable deposit and a signed Long-Term Addendum.
