Very clean with nice amenties. Great view out back. Excellent place to chill out. Can be on the wonderful beach with 6 minute leisurely walk carrying stuff. Very pet friendly! Host was also most excellent.

This is our second time returning to stay at this property from a few years ago. It is the perfect location, has all the amenities you would need from the kitchen to the beach, I couldn’t recommend this place enough for a small group of 4 to stay at.

The house is absolutely adorable with every amenity you could imagine. The space was beautiful and comfortable and the walk to the beach was very easy. The host was very responsive and accomodating!

The house was beautiful and had everything you need to cook in and prepare meals. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The home overall was lovely and we spent tons of time sitting on the pier watching the fish jump. We even had a visit from a mom and baby dolphin. We would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Steps to the Beach! Great amenities, and access to to the beach. If you visit, make sure to take advantage of sunsets on the rear deck.

Michelle is an amazing host! The home is beautiful, well equipped, clean, and the perfect getaway sanctuary. The private dock is perfect for morning coffee and a happy hour glass of wine. Beach access is across the street so super easy walk. The cottage is located in a great spot, being close to Surf City and the farmer’s market. Definitely recommend - 10/10!

Love, love, love this place. Clean, well stocked, nicely decorated, and spacious for the 2 of us. Close to the beach and kayak launch as well.

North Topsail Island

Property is in great location. The ocean is a short walk across the street and there is a great dock with a beautiful marsh behind the house, great to relax on the back deck or dock to watch the sunset!

The home was very clean. The kitchen excentally stocked. Perfect size for up to 4 people. There's even a nice dog crate, toys, wipes, shampoo, and toys. That was unexpected and nice. Very short walk to the beach. All communications answered quickly. My family and I really enjoyed our time at "Steps to the Sound."
