Home is perfectly located near restaurants, shops & coffee. Was very clean, bed very comfortable & nice fully fenced back yard. Great communication with owners! Loved our stay in Pinetop, also close to woodland lake park for great walks with dogs.

This was our second time at this property and we would definitely stay again. The home is very roomy and the backyard is wonderful for kids and dogs. The owner is very responsive to any questions. The location is great. Walk to Charlie Clark’s,Red Devil, coffee shops and local artisans etc. I would recommend this for families with dogs or groups of friends.

House has a great layout and was very clean. Backyard was perfect for our kids and small dog. Great location well within walking distance to stores and restaurants. Great place to stay. I would recommend this property.

The house was great for our family of 6 adults...I was very surprised that 4 of the 5 bedrooms were on ground level. (We were trying to avoid stairs.) There was plenty of room for us to be together without being on top of each other. We watched movies...once we figured out the TV remote needed new batteries! There was a large table so we could all play cards and Mexican Train. The beds were comfortable and the extra blankets were enough that we didn't need the heat or the A/C. My sister's little dog took full advantage of the enclosed back yard! Sam was very attentive and helpful in all our needs, she responded very quickly with all our requests and questions. Thank you again, Sam! .

The grass in the back yard was rather tall, making it hard for find dog messes we needed to clean up.

The Cozy Cabin was very clean on arrival. Well equipped and centrally located. We enjoyed meals at Lion’s Den and Red Devil, which we highly recommend. The Pinetop Coffee House was foot steps from the cabin. Nice treat every morning. Cyclelogical cofee was great too. We enjoyed hikes at Pat Mullen Mountain and Springs Trail and walked at Woodland Lake Park. Very short drives from the cabin. A highlight worth mentioning is the king bed at the rear of the cabin was extremely comfortable. I slept better than I do at home. How often do you get to say that at a vacation rental?! Samantha was very responsive to questions/comments. Thank you!

Property is nice inside, but there was crumbs in the bedrooms, ceiling fans were dusty, toilet in hallway restroom smelled of urine, sand from the shuffle board game was all over the game and on the floor. My suggestion is to put a portable fan in the living room/kitchen area gets pretty warm. Externally needs a lot of cleaning. Spider webs all over, ants hills near the deck, shrubs need trimmings. My other suggestion is too spray every so often to maintain bugs. You state it's a dog friendly property, but then feel you can charge someone 250.00 for dog hair, but fail to specify what you really entail. We cleaned up after our dog and your property.

We loved it here! The cabin is very roomy, lots of room for everyone. They all kinds of games for the family to play and games for the kids to play too! There's a nice little backyard and a bbq grill to barbecue on. The rooms are very comfy. We loved how quiet the area was since we drove up from Phoenix which is definitely not quiet. Communication with our hosts was great. Any questions we had were answered very quickly!! We give it an A

Hoping to come back!

By far this has been our favorite home to stay at in Pinetop! It came with everything we needed so all guests could feel comfortable. The home was beautifully decorated and so spacious. Our host was extremely accommodating and quick to respond any time we reached out. Having everything within walking distance was a major plus.

Stayed over Christmas holiday

The cabin is updated, roomy and well stocked with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. We had our grand pups with us, and they enjoyed the fenced back yard. One of the 5 bedrooms is in a loft with both a double and twin bed. Most the rooms had a television set in it. We look forward to a return visit!

I travel extensively for business/leisure and believe this property is without a doubt the very best short term rental we have ever contracted. The house is very clean and exactly as presented in the listing. Everything you need is here except your food. A five minute walk away are specialty shops, restaurants, and a country market offering groceries and the best beef in Arizona. There's a great grill in the back yard to cook those steaks. Backyard was grassy perfect for our dogs. And, while the house is in a neighborhood with houses on both sides, the way the backyard is set up, it feels very private and secluded. I highly recommend this host and this property!!

Amazing

This place is Amazing. The Home is large lots of beds. The backyard is totally fenced.So no issues with pets or kids. House is very clean and lots of room for family to spread out. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, coffee shop on the corner. I would give cons but I seriously can’t think of any. And Sam is GREAT. Always answers text messages! I Can’t wait to go back!!!!!
