Hi! Thank you for considering our home. There are several to choose from so we appreciate you being here! We want you to have the best vacation, so if we can provide anything to make it more comfortable just let us know.
10 BR, SLEEPS 26! 19 total beds plus a pull out couch. Great for family reunions, corporate events, or family and friends looking to travel together but still have their own private spaces.
Lakefront and private, gorgeous views from every level, rental is for BOTH UNITS OF A DUPLEX. It is wonderfully walkable to all the best attractions/restaurants/beach/park plus has outstanding views of the farmers market & weekly firework show and movie night.
This clean, custom home built in 2023 has an open and spacious design.

Located on a private road where your front yard is the CB lake Park.
10 Bedrooms (19 Beds + pull out couch)
8 Full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms
Two full kitchens fully equipped with all you could need to prepare a proper meal (including an instapot, crockpot, blender, pots, pans, gas grill,) 2 dinings rooms/tables with additional bar seating at the island & two living rooms.
Spectrum internet with multiple (7) Smart TV'S with cable available providing 125+ channels.

UNIT 1:
Enter the home from the covered parking area into a enclosed foyer with a first floor elevator that will take you to each level of the expansive home.
THE SECOND FLOOR:
Bedroom #1 has a KING size bed, custom tile walk in shower with rain head and spacious vanity. This bedroom has its own private balcony, great for people watching on the lake and enjoying your morning coffee.
Bedroom #2 has a KING size bed, its own private bathroom with tub and sky views of the wetlands. This floor is also where the washer and dryer are located.
THE THIRD FLOOR:
Bedroom #3 is a primary QUEEN bedroom with its own private balcony and ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom #4 has ocean views and features two custom built in bunk beds with shelving ( a fun and inviting space for kids).
Bedroom #5 has two QUEEN size beds.
THE TOP FLOOR: Is your entertaining space! This large open floor plan includes an oversized well stocked kitchen, a dining area with views of the Ocean and Lake. A cozy living area with a 65" TV and 6' long fireplace and a large deck that towers over the Lake with views from every angle.

Carolina Beach Lake is the front yard! It is a .7 mile loop great for walking, biking and birding. It has a an awesome new park including swings, climbing wall, slide and more!
We have unobstructed views of the weekly summer CB firework show! A .2 mile walk to the friday night movie night in CB Lake Park which can also been seen from the deck and the weekly farmers market too!
.2 miles to the beach at 'Lake Public Beach Access'.
.1 miles to the Veggie Wagon; a market that sells deli sandwiches, baked goods, coffee, wine & beer, ice cream and much more.
A .7 mile walk to the boardwalk safely along the lake and then directly on sidewalks. No need to deal with Carolina Beach road traffic or crossings.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad
I have lived in CB for several years and still can't find a better location! We are directly on the Lake which just completed a beautification process which added a great park for kids, swings for enjoying the view and updated landscaping! Our street is quiet and private but you are still an easy walk to ALL the best restaurants and attractions CB has to offer. We have the best views of the farmers market and the weekly firework show. Where else can you have fantastic views, a private road and be walkable to all CB has to offer?
