PRIVATE BEACHFRONT RESORT- Pelican Beach is a wonderful resort with MORE amenities than any other high rise in Destin. 20th/Penthouse floor, NON-SMOKING, two bedroom, two bath condominium with MAGNIFICENT VIEWS of the Gulf of Mexico and our condo has amazing views of 'NIGHT LIGHTS' of Destin.

Conveniently situated in the Heart of Destin across street from the BIG KAHUNA Water Park. SECURITY GUARD at entrance, COVERED parking, two tennis courts, movie rentals, game room, DELI with gift shop. Enjoy the TIKI bar overlooking the beach and the INDOOR/OUTDOOR heated pool with waterfall. Work-out in on site EXCERCISE room. Enjoy a glass of wine in the HOT TUB or relax on the large sun deck. Pelican Beach is the perfect family 'Destin-ation.' Theme parks, numerous golf courses, excellent restaurants, and shopping are all just minutes away. Silver Sands, a large factory outlet is only seven miles east, Destin Commons shopping mall which has a huge movie complex is at the corner of Mid-Bay Bridge and Hwy 98. DEEP SEA FISHING and Sunset Cruises is just down the street. Take a ride down 30A for wonderful sight seeing.

We take pride in keeping the condo well maintained and updated. NEW Granite, cabinets, vanities, screen doors, mattress pads, sleeper sofa, frig, MW, dishwasher, a new 65 inch 4K smart TV in living room. This tastefully decorated and comfortable condominium has a PRIVATE BALCONY to enjoy those wonderful Florida sunrises or enjoy afternoon shade after coming off the beach. Spend your vacation with us, and you will come back again! The living room has a convertible sofa that makes a queen size bed. We have 3 LCD TVs, 3 DVD players, & WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET access. FULL STOCKED kitchen and a WASHER/DRYER.

Beautiful view and comfy!

We (family of 3 with tween) were so grateful to stay in this lovely home for a weekend. Beds were comfy, home was cozy, and all the staff were very nice. Well-lit location close to restaurants and shopping. Right on the beach with awesome views. Didn't use the kitchen but looked like it would have what was needed to make meals. Highly recommend!

Wondeful holiday vaca

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. While weather was on the cold side most of the stay, we enjoyed much needed family time. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

Everything about this booking was amazing. The hosts very detailed in their instructions and very accurate with their listing. The place was super clean, decor made it very homey and beachy feel. Having a washer and dryer was a huge asset. Kitchen was stocked with majority of essentials. Beds very comfortable. View was great, location was near a lot. We will definitely be returning and referring to our friends and family.

Everything was good

Everything went fine, location was great. I would say an extra roll of toilet paper would be nice as one bathroom only had 1/2 a roll for a week stay. Everything was as advertised.

You couldn't ask for nicer accommodations, verry clean, nicely decorated, attention to details (an abundance of USB outlets), 30 seconds to the beach, and at least in November, sun on the balcony until noon. One of the nicest places I have stayed.

Beautiful Condo!

We had a wonderful weekend stay! The 20th floor is high up with beautiful view of the beach and the city. We would have loved higher up chairs on the balcony to enjoy the view above the railing but it was still enjoyable. The unit was clean and comfortable.Great access to great shopping and dining. The communication was awesome with the owners.

Gorgeous ocean views

Cute place!! Exactly as described. This condo has everything you need for a trip to Destin. This condo is right on the beach with spectacular balcony views. The only thing I would recommend is a dresser in the guest bedroom instead of the desk. But overall, amazing place.

Enjoyed the stay

Loved the beach and so happy we were on the top floor! The decor was very nice and made it very relaxing. Great location too. Quick to get to restaurants, stores, etc.

Great place to stay

I have nothing but good to say about the stay. The view was great, the proximity to the beach and pools was wonderful. The only complaint I have was the check in people. They just acted like they did not want to be bothered. Everything else was perfect.

Second Stay

We love this condo and have stayed there previously. I was a little disappointed about the cleanliness of the condo this time. There was dust on the baseboards and the door of the AC closet as well as sand still on the floor when we got there. The shower-head in the master bath was so coated in mold I had to clean it the best I could before anyone could use it. My fault for not letting the owners know, I just didn’t want the hassle. That being said, if the cleanliness is addressed we will happily be staying there again next year.

Perfect family friendly penthouse

We loved this property! Especially the unit itself. House was stocked with extra pillows and blankets. They had hooks on the back of almost every door to hang towels and suits. It was furnished very nicely, they had ceiling fans in every room, and we LOVED the in unit washer and dryer (game changer for sand filled bathing suits). No issues…we would definitely stay there again!

Top notch!!!

Perfect!!! Beautiful unit!!! Was immaculate when we arrived and couldn’t get over the view fro.m the balcony!!! Great pools and beautiful white sand with clear water at the beach. Tiki bar served great drinks and cafe had a great selection of food to choose from. Unit was supplied everything we needed. We were even supplied with chairs and an umbrella for the beach. Owner communicated flawlessly!!! Would definitely come back and highly recommend!!! Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!!!

Amazing Views

My wife and two daughters had a great time here. The beach is absolutely perfect. Great location. Just a short few minute drive to just about anywhere you’d like to go. We definitely plan to come back.
