We loved the location and the townhouse. My children and I travels and spent 4 days. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do. Would recommend this place for anyone wanting to experience the falls and downtown area.

I was amazed at how large how clean and how perfect the apartment was for our stay in Niagara. My family had never been there before and we could walk to the Falls every day. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Niagara Falls.

This property was very clean and well appointed with every thing we needed. The welcome basket with water, snacks and treats was very nice touch and appreciated. It is located within walking distance to the Falls, the State Park, restaurants and entertainment. We had a fantastic time with our grandson. Frank was great to work with. Thank you for adding to our memorable stay in Niagara Falls.

Great place to stay in Niagara falls, especially if you are traveling with a dog. Niagara Falls park, the casino, bars and restaurants are within walking distance if you like to walk. Parking is in a nearby hotel lot. Place was very clean and Frank was very responsive to our questions.
This view is about a 20 minute walk from the townhome.

Perfect location and great space for the entire family.

This condo was an ideal location. Walking distance to everything on the American side of the falls. Super easy trip to the Canadian border to see the falls from that side too. Plenty of room to spread out and hang out with the family. Very clean. Highly recommend!!

Great Location

This property was wonderful! 3 beds and full kitchen. We used the washer and dryer. Great location for seeing the water falls. The parking spot was much appreciated!

Very clean, comfortable, and cute touches all over! Frank was also very easy to get in touch with when needed! I will definitely be visiting again when coming to the falls!

Overall it is a very nice place with a nice location. Parking was confusing at first but finally figured it out. Also the place was clean except for the floor. There was debris and crumbs and dirt on the floor when we got there. Didn't want to bother the manager or owner over it , but would recommend check the cleanliness of the place before he rents it out again. That was the biggest turn off in the place. Om

We checked in past 10pm and unfortunately, there was a mix up with the cleaners who didn't have the unit ready. Because it was so late, Frank was not available. However, I think if we checked in at 4pm, the issue would've been fixed quickly. So because we couldn't get a hold of Frank, we popped over to his hotel next door and the staff was able to assist us with fresh linens and towels. Frank rectified everything the next morning and was most kind and professional. On the positive, the rental is very modern and spacious. We were 2 adults, 2 young kids & 1 Golden Retriever. The rental has high ceilings, but no carpet which means you can't be loud at night if you have little kids because they will hear everything you say above a faint whisper. The location was literally across the street from the State Park, which is huge and perfect for walking the dog. I walked him in the early mornings down to the river rapids and I practically had the area to myself at 7:30 am. Later on, me and the family walked to Maid of the Mist and then over to Canada to hang out at Clifton Hill. The second day we drove to Canada and parked at Bender Street for 20 all day parking. Zero problems. The third day we walked to Goat Island to see the Horseshoe Falls which were spectacular. Overall it was a great trip. I liked the mix of nature with the park on the NY side, but also the massive entertainment and fun on the Canada side. I recommend this unit, but make sure you check in at 4 pm and not 10pm.

This was a fantastic stay. The unit is clean, quiet, comfortable, thoughtfully supplied, and is in a great location! Looking forward to staying here on our next visit to Niagara Falls!
