Luxury Boise North End Home, Hot Tub / FIR Sauna / Near Downtown and Foothills
This freshly-renovated, craftsman, luxury home is in the Heart of Boise’s North End, nestled between Downtown Boise and Hyde Park.
The North End Sanctuary has convenient and easy access to the airport, the Boise Co-op, the Saturday Farmer's Market, bars and restaurants, and tons of green spaces and parks-most within walking/biking distance!
Step outside the front door into endless outdoor activities. Bike downtown to live music, museums, The Flicks, cultural events, creative arts, Botanical Gardens and BSU! Enjoy the Greenbelt along the Boise River, Bogus Basin Resort, and a little farther afield, there are hot springs, and breathtaking mountains.
Bedroom #1: Organic Bamboo Cariloha Queen Bed with Private bathroom, deep soaker tub/shower, bidet on toilet, chaise lounge to rest on. and a large closet with drawers/hanging space.
Bedroom #2: Queen Puffy Bed with Private bathroom, deep soaker tub/shower, bidet on toilet, armoire for hanging, bedside tables with drawers, 2 comfy chairs, and a small desk.
Bedroom #3: Queen Bed with private bathroom, shower, direct access door to back deck and hot tub, large dresser, and a closet for hanging clothes.
Large office with desk and extra day bed/lounger (and a VibraTrim to exercise on when the weather is bad!)
Living Room with TV and day bed in a cozy nook. Small work space/desk, as well.
Dining Room with table for up to 8. Add a leaf (found in coat closet) for more seating.
Full sun-lit Chef's Kitchen + Breakfast Nook. All the amenities available such as an Omega juicer, VitaMix Blender, InstaPot Rice Cooker, InstaPot Oven/Air Fryer, coffee maker, 6-burner stove top with 2 ovens (one of which is a convection oven), and so much more!
Downstairs Half Bathroom
We offer all of the modern amenities like WiFi, Smart TV, private washer and dryer, as well as a full home water and air purifier.
In the back, you will also find a beautiful back porch, stunning landscape architecture, foothill views, fire-pit, plenty of seating, and an easy to work propane grill for backyard BBQ’s and hangouts.
The house also comes with an ozone purified hot tub, natural sun-lit workout/yoga room with free weights and a full barre wall with mirrors. There is also a 2.5 person Far-Infrared Sauna available!
The North End Sanctuary is stocked with the following guest supplies: paper towels, coffee, tea, spices, dishwasher/laundry detergent, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, trash bags, etc. to last for at least a week.

Hello!
I am originally from Louisiana but have lived in Boise since 2004 in this home, where I raised my two kids, who flew the coop several years ago.
I am a natural health therapist and, when I am not traveling the world, I work out of the office side of the house, which has a separate entry.
I love being outside in my garden sanctuary that I've created these past 20 plus years! I planted all of the trees, which are now as high as the house and have created an oasis in the hotter months of Boise's summer!
I also LOVE traveling and hiking the mountains/volcanoes and forests, and scuba diving all over this beautiful planet, meeting like-minded adventurers! This is one of the reasons why I LOVE hosting guests as I usually stay in other people's homes wherever I land! I am very picky about finding places that are clean and have a good vibe with a well equipped kitchen, like mine, so I can cook my own meals!
As a natural health professional, it's important to me to live in a home that is toxin-free and has places to really relax and rejuvenate, such as my yoga/exercise/Far Infrared Sauna room! I hope you enJOY and APPRECIATE my home as much as I do!

It is the BEST LOCATION to be in BOISE! Quiet with easy biking/walking to everything fun that Boise has to offer. The Hyde Park neighborhood with all the trails near Camel's Back, Hull's Gulch trails up 8th Street, Downtown Boise, the Green Belt river trails and a beautiful drive up Bogus Basin road to get to the ski area in less than an hour!
