Our multi generational family stayed here with grandparents ages 69 and youngest grandchild 3 years old. The house was amazing and in a perfect location literally just a five minute walk to Lionshead.

Jon the host was excellent and very responsive. It is a beautiful home with very easy access to Vail and Lionshead. Five minute walking distance. There were plenty of beds for sleeping. The hot tub was great. Beautiful waterfall landscaping. The only drawback was carpeting and some furniture a little worn down. We had 6 adults and six kids.

That is great that the guest enjoyed their stay! This property is in an exclusive neighborhood on Beaver Dam Road in Vail Colorado right on the slopes of Vail Mountain. It is true ski in/ski out and in the summer you have great privacy yet an incredible location to all the fun that vail has to offer. We do have a great maintenance crew that keeps the grounds looking good, the interior and exterior of the house clean and we do have all the furniture and carpets professionally cleaned multiple times per year. We look forward to hosting your next group!

Great House!

Really enjoyed our stay. House is right on the mountain. Hard pressed to find a better location in Vail. Jon was awesome!

The Perfect Location

We loved this beautiful Vail home located within easy walking distance to Lions Head and Vail Village. The home was comfortable with tons of space for our family of 8 adults and 5 grandkids. What a fantastic week of memories we now have! I highly recommend this incredible property!

Great house, great location!

The house is beautiful with a 3min walk to Lionshead and 8 min walk to Vail Village. So convenient! Jon was wonderful to work with - responsive and accommodating to our questions and requests. Would definitely rent again. Loved our experience!

This house was perfect. It was very clean, warm and inviting. Jon was an excellent host. We were greeted with a welcome basket of goodies. Jon was quick to respond to any questions. This is your home away from home. Top end appliances! Also there is a secret waterfall on property. Don’t hesitate to book this VRBO well worth the value!

Wonderful host! He had the house prepped so well we felt like VIPs. Some ice cold water bottles and snacks awaited us in the gorgeous kitchen. The house was immaculate. Linens were crisp and not overly used like you often find, regardless of property caliber. We had 7 adults and all loved the accommodations. We enjoyed secret garden with gorgeous landscaping and water falls! Great place to read a book and meditate. Obviously I need not say the location will blow your mind! Yep! Jon, Thank you for your hospitality! It was a pleasure meeting you!
