We loved the house and appreciated everything that was made available to us. The location was perfect too for our visit to RMNP. Great stay I would highly recommend to anyone.

Fall getaway

The condo was great!! Only a mile away from the Fall River Road park entrance. Easy access to downtown Estes Park.

We LOVED our stay. The Fall River was so amazing right out our back door and some elk one day too ! Host was responsive and it was perfect size for 2 kids and 2 adults Thank you. We will be back

Quick Weekend Getaway

My partner and I stayed at this location just for the weekend, and it was the perfect size! Walk out on the back porch and Fall River is truly right off the porch. Very comfortable and easy to maneuver and check in. Would stay here again!

Serenity by Fall River. What a cozy little condo cabin, sad we didn’t stay longer. The owner provided everything needed for a home away from home. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay close to RMNP.

Wonderful anniversary trip!

My husband and I loved every moment of our trip to Estes Park. We were lucky enough that it snowed quite a bit while we were here. The property was lovely and right on the water. We enjoyed slightly opening the window and listening to the water while we were relaxing at the property. I cannot say enough good things about this stay. If you want to relax, this is the place to be.

We loved sitting on the deck a few feet from Fall River. One morning a group of mule deer crossed just up-steam while we were sitting out there. The location near the Fall River entrance to RMNP allowed us to avoid the town when we wanted to, but it is close enough to reach town in a few minutes. The kitchen was well-supplied with utensils. We really enjoyed staying here.

Gorgeous creek view with cozy deck for viewing/dining. Quick 5 minute drive to downtown Estes park for shopping and great restaurants (highly recommend The Hive and Bird and Jim’s). Full kitchen amenities. Even some basics for cooking like olive oil and different spices. Check in was a breeze—keyless entry. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend!

Charming and quiet

As seniors and our first trip to Estes Park, CO it was perfect for us. We just wanted a quiet getaway right after the holidays. Owners put thought and items into the space to accommodate guests needs. We loved it! As fellow VRBO owners ourselves it’s always nice to see what others are doing in their spaces. Thank YOU!

Context - family traveling with an 8 month old. Pros:-fall river and trail right behind the property is a highlight for peaceful mornings with nature-four minute drive to the Fall River entrance of RMNP-comfortable king size bed -great kitchen and living space equipped for cooking meals -it was really easy to get inside the apartment using a digital keypad entry-you can tell unit was freshly cleaned upon arrivalCons:-laundry is listed as an amenity but it wasn’t available to us -the property is on the older side and you can hear every movement from the folks on top of you-the bedroom faces the parking lot so you here folks coming and going -property was freshly cleaned but the shower curtain needed to be replaced -playpen was provided but it was on the smaller side and not very sturdy - I’d recommend bringing your own pack and play.
