Overlook Fall River from the patio of the more spacious Unit 104. This ¾-bath suite with kitchenette features its own two-person jetted tub, gas grill with table and chairs, queen bed and full futon. Literally within walking distance of the RMNP entrance! Cute little place only 5-10 minutes outside of Estes Park and bumping up to the national park. Had everything we needed and was a great value for the price. Didn't have AC but there were multiple powerful fans that helped cool down the place at night with the windows open. Would definitely stay again!

Fawn Valley Inn

This was an excellent location and price for our last minute vacation. It is very close to the RMNP Fall River entrance which made for easy trips into the park at all hours of the day.

The staff were very accommodating, answered our questions quickly and were well informed. The river and views made it special.

Nice location!

Room was clean and nice. Back deck overlooked the river and we had easy access to the park.

Hot tub in Estes

Indoor jetted tub was very nice. Room was quiet and clean. Enjoyed the deck overlooking the river.

Close to Estes park, spent a few days with friends. Surrounded by forests, it was a lovely get away spot. Clean with a good atmosphere and supplies for cooking and the little jetted tub was fun. TV is older so if you're wanting to stream anything, bring something to cast to

Amazing find!

Loved this little quaint place for a long weekend of hiking and outdoor adventure. Perfect and the large tub was great for a soak after. Will be back

This place is was cuter than the pictures show! Adorable room with attached patio with views of the river. We loved being able to listen to the river as we went to bed and waking up. Jacuzi was amazing. Grill and electric stove top for cooking was very handy -- pots, pans, and utensils provided. Only advice, bring tuberware or ziplocks to keep any leftovers in the provides fridge.

Estes Park Stay

Property and room was very nice. The hot tub, fireplace, and kitchen were nice amenities. Hot tub could use a step to help get in and out for older people but was still very nice. The fans were nice to have too. At night you could pull in the mountain air and sleep like a baby.Location was just out of town and very quiet. Access to RMP was just a mile away. We’d definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed my stay. The big tubs were great after a long day of hiking. Used late check-in and was assigned wrong room but it was corrected the next day and was given a partial refund for the mistake. Great customer service.

Nice place

Very satisfied with the room. Seemed clean and very close to the Park. The only issue that we had was that the shower was dirty and had a big stain in the floor. It was also a little small with no lighting. But everything else was very good.

You had commented that the unit was clean, but that the shower was dirty. I would be interested to hear more about the shower and what you felt was not clean. There are ceiling lights as well as a lamp for lighting. Were you possibly needing more light for a specific activity? We certainly want our guests to enjoy their stay and be comfortable. Lovely setting with trees and river near deck. Something dark colored (tile glaze?) had been spilled in shower and not restored so it looked dirty.

As advertized

Nice accomodations. An ice machine for guests would have been appropriate. Sale of 10 lbs bags is not. Especially.when there is nowhere to p ut a bag of ice.

Easy Access to RMNP

We found the convenience to the park to be a big benefit as we had a very early access pass timed entry 5-7am for the Bear Lake corridor on Saturday. The trip into town is also quick and off the busy path (although with construction near the park entrance it may be good to avoid coming back from town mid afternoon as lines can back up). The Inn provided value accommodations with basic kitchen items and a good gas grill on our patio - enough to grill steaks one night and fajitas another. The facilities are dated and there are obvious cosmetic repairs (shower floor had been filled with epoxy or some sort of resin to fix cracks) but everything worked and was as we expected.
