Have fun with the whole family at this brand new adorable cottage located 5 min from the beach on Pensacola/Perdido Key. This newly constructed home features an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, Ping Pong table and fenced yard for the kids to play in.

All furnishing are new and the home is equipped with everything your family needs to relax after a long day at the beach. Bedroom #1 features a King bed; Bedroom #2 features a Queen bed; Bedroom #3 features twin beds. A beach wagon, towels and cooler are provided as well as a Pool Table!!

Great Stay

Property was as described in the listing. Very convenient to Naval Base, Pensacola attractions and Perdido Key beaches. Great stay!

Little paradise

The home was absolutely beautiful and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could stay forever. If I could buy this home I would it was the perfect little house.

Nice home in quiet neighborhood

My family and I enjoyed our time in this beautiful, new home. Even though we didn’t get an opportunity to use it, there is a cute little wagon filled with a beach bag, beach towels, and a cooler for a perfect day at the beach.

Nice little house

Close to Perdido key, quiet area. Queen sized bed box spring could not hold the kids so they had to sleep on the floor. Thank you

The house was so cute and perfect. The location was perfect for us. The only issues were that I don’t believe the cleaning crew does an efficient job. It’s more of a very skimped over job. There were hairs all over the bathroom floor, in the bedding and the towels. Hairs all over the shower. We washed everything ourselves. All our hair is blonde, this hair was not. There was also no hand soap in the main bathroom. Another issue is the rugs. My daughter fell on one. I fell on another. Super cute rugs and decor!! But… Slip pads would be smart to just save on any future accidents. Other than that, the house was perfect. I feel like if the cleaning stuff isn’t addressed now it will get worse and honestly this place would deserve better than a perfect score if it wasn’t for the hairs everywhere and the lack of hand soap in the master bath. We would still stay here again! Just hope the cleaning gets addressed.

Baby Girl's Birthday Beach Trip

Our mini vacay was absolutely awesome and the house played a huge role. It was a hidden charm. .. new, beautiful, clean & nicely decorated and we were the first guests!! The owner & property manager were awesome! They checked on us before and during the stay and were very quick to respond. The family & I enjoyed it thoroughly! We will definitely be returning!!

Lovely home in Great Location

My husband and I came down for a long weekend. The house is very cute and close to everything. We enjoyed our stay and would love to book the home again. They only thing that was a little frustrating was that there are no lamps in the bedroom or living room so it’s either full overhead lights or darkness. Obviously that’s something that’s easily fixable and should I’m no way detract from the pros of this house.
