This property has a 24 hour gated security, a full time security guard and an on-site manager who will help with check-in.
The unheated pools are available for year-round use.
Parking notes: Upon arrival, the local host can show you where to park as there are multiple locations around the property for parking. Boat/RV parking is not permitted.

There are a few areas that have restricted access:
1. Security Bldg on the main lawn
2. Small conference room off the courtyard
3. Basement
4. All but one garage.

AMAZING PROPERTY

Our stay at Mesa Bella was beyond words. The entire property was beautiful and so much more than I expected. We brought a large group of students to attend a video production competition, and the house was absolutely perfect. Mark, one of the owners, was wonderful. He was attentive and responsive and even helped us with a story. Jose, the security head, was professional, made us feel at home, and most of all kept us safe. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay in a beautiful home. It is especially good for large groups.

Not what it seems

I could leave a really long review but it’s not worth it. The home was not reflected properly online at all. yes, the home and property is large. It seemed like we were the first rental group to stay there. The whole house is carpet (even all of the restrooms which is unsanitary) mouse poop everywhere and mouse/rat poop packed inside pull out couches and cushions torn apart by Rodants. No sheets or pillows for them.The AC ONLY worked in the master bedroom. AC Fuse board pulled apart because it kept shorting aparrantly (from manager) The other rooms had nothing. The master bathroom didn’t have a shower… yes you are reading that right. It was a wooden dry sauna with an exposed heater that had a large warning label on it that says don’t get this wet. There is a wooden tub you step down into and a plastic hose on a hook that comes up to your knee height. The whole House seems to be built for someone in a wheelchair which isn’t mentioned anywhere (urinals on the floor, lowered everything, rails and ramps) elevator dumps right into the master bedroom from outside. There is no real way to feel safe with back dark hallways that have secret entrances into bedrooms, etc. The manager was “just leaving” when we arrived. Told me security was going to take off overnight on the first night, and said, “you don’t mind, right”. I went back and read the ad, it said 24/7 private home security, not “they take off Friday nights” you can’t get in our out of house without the guard.
