Clean, comfortable, quiet, and close to the beach. Good parking. Host answered all questions promptly; very efficient. We had a wonderful stay; just too short.

The most wonderful trip…everything was amazing and the condo was in the perfect location with easy access to rum point beach. Host was so communicative and the check in and check out process was so easy! Snorkel equipment, floats and big beach towels…everything we needed was include in the condo! Comfy bed, kitchen with all the amenities and the screened in lanai was the perfect combo!

The host was very helpful in providing listings of local grocery stores, restaurants and things to do and included directions to get to the unit. All of her information was helpful in getting ready for our trip and made it much easier! The unit was very nice, clean and comfortable and had a great screened in porch which was about 50-75' from the ocean, awesome view every day! It had all the comforts of home and all the amenities you'd need. You won't go wrong booking this unit for your vacation!!!

Our second stay - just as wonderful as the first!

This was our second stay in Mary’s property and we truly love it! Highly recommend the extremely quiet spot with great snorkelling right off the beach. Mary is a great host.

Vacation Paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Vacay Kai. The condo was perfect for our 9 night stay. Very quiet area with amazing snorkeling from the beach. We will definitely be back!

The snorkeling from the beach IS truly the best on the island: It's SO easy to just walk into the calm waters from the beach, and of course enjoy the delicious foods and drinks from the restaurant next door during/afterwards too! Amazing Vacation Rental

Great place to spend your downtime on the island... I loved looking out at the beach from the screened in balcony. Has more than just the essential amenities (washer+dryer, beach supplies,kitchen utensils, etc.). Walking distance to Rum Point Beach with food and full bar. Would definitely stay again!

Chill location

Perfect location away from the bustling 7 mile beach. Adjacent to Rum Point beach with a peaceful beach and great food and drinks. The condo was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Mary supplied us with great tips on attractions, food shopping and restaurants. Would absolutely return and recommend highly!

Winter retreat

Beautiful spot in Rum Point. Condo had everything we needed for a very confortable stay. 3rd floor, so there are steps to climb, but the view is gorgeous. Would definitely go back
