This condo had a A+ rating for the prior long term owners through one of Maui's largest rental agencies! We are underpricing our condo for our Grand Opening Kick Off! our prices change by the month but we will always be less than the agencies and always willing to make a deal to fill our open dates ..our lowest rates are 129$ a night but the rates fluctuate during the peak sell out seasons so book early! aloha!

Mike and Brenda were amazing to us and provided us with an amazing experience for our honeymoon! We could not have asked for a better place or hosts for this trip. The condo is a great location for any activities/sites you want to see, it was super clean, and the view from the balcony is priceless. We would definitely choose this place again if we come back!

The hosts were super friendly and welcoming. The view is amazing. The location is great. I’m not sure if the resort has been hit by the repercussions of the fire because it seemed a little unpopulated, which is good if you like peace and quiet. Very easy to get around from this location.

Mike and Brenda were amazing hosts! They really care about their guests experience, and were so accommodating! We were bumped up to their penthouse unit and it was so private, and had a killer view! 10 stars!

Easy to find, beautiful unit amazing view, lovely hot tub and pool. Communication from the owners was excellent, everything we needed was there. Close to great restaurants as well.

These owners were the absolute BEST hosts!! Lots of communication, including the day of arrival and throughout our trip. The hosts literally bent over backwards to help us out with the condo dates when we had an issue with our airline. Then, when we arrived there was a beautiful welcome basket with much needed treats after a long travel day and we had arrived late at night! The condo is so comfortable and has everything you could want for an amazing vacation. The kitchen has all the things you need to cook everyday if you like. The bed is huge and very comfortable, as well as the bathroom which is nicely updated and modern. We also stayed in this unit last year and we loved it so much we came back! The view is so incredible and we would recommend these hosts and this unit 110% to everyone. Mahalo for a wonderful stay!!

Such a beautiful condo with a perfect lanai (balcony) to see the spectacular sunsets... Mike and Brenda a phenomenal hosts who go above and beyond in every way possible. The grounds are well maintained and the pool area is stunning with direct views of the Maui sun rise and sunsets. Area to BBQ. VERY nice condo community and easy access to any spot on the Island... highly recomend this place every time

Fantastic place!

Great condo with incredible ocean view from patio. Mike and Brenda were fantastic and communicated throughout the week asking about our stay. They provided everything we needed for our trip and are incredible hosts.

From the beginning, Mike and Brenda were extremely accommodating to my wife and I. As soon as we booked the condo at Sugar Beach, Mike immediately reached out to ask about our trip and how he could make our stay even better. He made sure we had everything we needed, right down to beach chairs, coolers, hair dryers, and all the little things you don’t always think about when travelling.The condo itself was fantastic. It was incredibly clean, the bed was very comfortable, the AC worked perfectly, and the view was immaculate. The location at Sugar Beach was also perfect for our honeymoon. When we were there, it genuinely felt like we were at home, so much so that it was extremely difficult to leave, not just Maui, but the condo itself.During our stay, we experienced Hurricane Lala. Being from Canada, hurricanes aren’t exactly something we deal with often. Mike was quick to reach out with his insider knowledge, keep us informed, and check in regularly to make sure my wife and I were doing okay. That meant a lot to us and made us feel much more comfortable.We truly can’t say enough good things about Mike and Brenda and their condo. They went above and beyond to make our stay special, and we felt genuinely cared for from the moment we booked until the moment we left. We hope to come back to Sugar Beach one day and stay at Mike and Brenda’s condo again. It really was the perfect place for our honeymoon, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Maui!

Great Hosts & beautiful views

Just stayed overnight, but we were welcomed with cold bottled water and snacks waiting for us. We watched the sunset from the lanai and ate dinner at a close by sandwich place. Very nice stay😊

Maui getaway

Comfy condos nestled right on the north of kihea. The beach is very beautiful, just like the rest of the gorgeous beaches here. Great location to stay if you plan on exploring the entire island like we did.
