Rating Details:
The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
The unit is pleasing to the eye, but there are plenty of things that need attention. The patio was so terribly dirty, that we had to mop and wipe down everything before we could even sit down. The screen door on the patio was not easy to use and could use some attention. There was a major amount of crumbs in the cabinets in the kitchen. Although the shower in the master bath looked amazing, it was terrible to shower in. The shower head felt like pins and needles and there was no way to adjust, and even though there was a ton of space, the water leaked outside the shower every time (due to shower head). As far as the property manager, she was very reliable and responded quickly to communication. Overall it was a decent property, but the things listed above could be fixed to make the stay even better. I would have liked to see some written information in a binder upon arrival about the facility, WiFi password, etc., but there wasn’t one of those. The unit above was fairly loud and it made it hard to sleep some nights, but that isn’t something that can be fixed. The pool was heated and close by.
