Summit 513 is a 5th floor beach view unit situated in the highly-coveted Tops’l Beach & Racquet Resort in Miramar Beach, Florida. Summit 513 is roughly a .2 mile short walk to the beach in the private resort. The kitchen is freshly renovated with brand-new stainless-steel appliances, resurfaced cabinets, and granite countertops. The laundry room, with the convenience of a new washer and dryer, can be found in the kitchen as well. The living room boasts those gorgeous peek-a-boo beach views and has a flat screen HDTV, sleeper sofa, loveseat, and oversized armchair.

Just down the hallway, the master bedroom features a luxurious new king-size bed, closet, flat screen HDTV, and private bathroom. You can wake up every morning to see and hear those crashing waves from your private balcony. At the opposite end of the hall, there is the guest bedroom with 2 comfy twin beds and a flat screen HDTV. Both bathrooms have a shower/tub combo and newly installed marbled countertops. Guests fall in love with this stunning, budget-friendly vacation rental that is super close to the beach. Come vacation in style with us!

Great Family Place!

Perfect for our family! Clean and easy access to pool and beach. Kitchen fully stocked so we could cook in when we wanted. Definitely will keep the listing in mind for another trip when we return to Miramar!

Loved the resort and the condo! Nice short walk to the beach and enjoyed seeing deer one morning. Beautiful. Only complaint is the mattress in the master bedroom was uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. Otherwise - wonderful stay!

July 2018 Stay

What a wonderful family vacation! The condo was amazing!! Upon arrival we found the unit clean and ready for us! The welcome package was an added bonus...the drink holders for the beach were used daily! We walked to the beach and other resort amenities with ease. The option to ride the tram/bus was available but it was a short distance to tennis and the beach! We look forward to returning again!

Loved it!

Very nice and comfortable condo. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony that has 3 cushioned chairs and small table. Condo has a well stocked kitchen, baths have plenty of towels and complimentary bath items, nice king size bed. Rental company left us a small cooler for our cold waters to take out to pool/beach each day. We want to go back!

Nice condo, private beach has issues

The kitchen had all the basics you’d expect, the beds were comfortable. Nicely updated! My only complaint is the Tops’l private beach. This is our 4th year staying at Tops’l and I was really disappointed with how far away and how small the “guest” beach area is now. It’s gotten very small and crowded, meanwhile there are dozens of empty rental chairs. For the weekly price, it seems guests should be able to bring their own items to the beach and actually have a spot to sit.

Worked well for family of 4

Overall good experience. It’s a true 5 min walk to the beach which was a lot lugging chairs, boogie boards, beach bag, toddler, etc. I had read a review about a wagon in the unit to help with beach lugging so we didn’t bring our own. There’s not a wagon! Otherwise, this worked well for our family and our kids slept well in the twin beds. Great that they had beach chairs and boogie boards (although I recommend renting an umbrella and chairs rather than lugging). I was not a fan of the app we had to use for tge property. Hard to find all of the different info. I’m old school email I guess.

Good Location!

We were notified it was ready early, then told there was an AC issue and to hold off, which ended up being a couple of hours after our check in time, but they got it fixed, which was great!The guest shower did not work well at all, one of our sons had to wash his hair in the tub faucet. We contacted management and they sent someone out and we were told the shower needed to be replaced. The sons made due with the other shower, but that was disappointing. I am sure they took care of it after we left....they were very quick to respond.

Travis Field Family Vacation, Summit 513

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very good, the condo was very spacious and clean. We liked that the Summit was in a gated community, which provided added security. The only downside was the Summit building was off the beach a little ways which made getting to the beach a little harder. Tops'l provides a shuttle service so we took advantage of that from time to time. We spent a good amount of time at the beach and pool side. The pool amenities and staff were great for the most part. We got some food and drinks from the Blue Dunes Grille, which was good, but I did wait an extended amount for service one day. The staff had a DJ and several kids activities planned which provided entertainment. Overall, I would totally recommend it to friends and family, however next time I would stay on the beach, probably Tides building.

We stayed 4 nights in this rental. View from balcony was nice. Location from beach is not a far walk. Provided us with 2 beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys. Access to 2 pools was nice. Beds were comfortable. Our biggest complaint was the lack of essentials. I would expect when renting a property to have enough items such as dish soap, dishwasher detergent, hand towels to last us our trip. We received 1 packet (1 use) of dishwasher soap and 1 packet of laundry soap, had to ask for dish soap. We typically cook our meals so when asked for more detergent were told we'd be charged for "extra". I'm assuming previous renters had the same issue because we found many dirty dishes. Found a frying pan with left over eggs on it so ended up using our 1 packet to clean previous renters dishes.

Summit 513

Much cleaner than beach properties we've stayed at in the Cocoa Beach area. Other than the mildewed caulk around the tub faucet, the overall cleanliness of the property inside and the outside building and grounds was a nice surprise. The unit did not come with a DVD player in any of the rooms though the property management office indicated there should have been at least two (one in the living room and one in the bedroom), making the free DVD rental benefit kind of pointless the first day. They did eventually put a player in; though the process wasted two afternoons with a lot of waiting around for staff to show up. The water pressure in the showers of both bathrooms was non existent. This is something that should be a top priority to fix. We didn't bother mentioning to mgt. because we didn't want to wait around for that to be addressed after the whole DVD player issue. We did note it in our check out form so they can address it before the next guest. The balcony view was very pleasant and relaxing. The walk to the beach was easy, short, and convenient. We really thought the carts provided for bringing up groceries, the beach chairs in the unit were nice extra amenities. We would probably stay here again despite the few minor hiccups. Property management does seem to want to provide good customer service. The over all cleanliness and location is a definite draw to come back.

June 2023 Stay

The condo was just as described and very clean when we arrived. I love the ease of using an app for everything and it made communication with management very easy. I’m already looking at other places managed by Gibson in this area for next year so we can try to get one right in the beach. (The walk from Summit is not terrible.) The location was very family friendly and the beaches were beautiful.
