Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. The location was good for being able to get out and find stuff to do. The management responded really fast when needed. Overall great stay and would recommend.

It's an awesome experience, property is clean and as described in the listing!

Stayed for three nights and meet my expectations, I will recommend it to my friends if they ask of a property to consider when they will stay in Houston area

Great place to stay

Stayed with friends while attending Rodeo. Very convenient. Host is amazing. Great communication. Would definitely recommend.

Short Title

Great central location. Neighbors all friendly. Great hot water and beds. Yard could use some TLC - but we didn't rent it for the yard...

Good Communication & Nice Property

The location is south of downtown, easy access to 288. It is in an older neighborhood. It is on the first floor with only a few steps into front door. The living, dining and kitchen are open, which was perfect for our family Christmas. Both bedrooms had comfortable king beds. We enjoyed our time here.Christmas

We had a great time!

Our trip was awesome! The apartment was clean and quiet. If we had any complaint, it was simply that the apartment was HOT! Their Nest eco system evidently cut the AC off whenever we left the house...so when we came back 7 or 8 hours later the house was hot and it didn't cool off until the middle of the night...I would suggest turning the eco thing off while people are staying in the house....as well as several hours before they arrive.

Absolutely Terrible!! Worst Experience Ever!!!

Although this host knew were coming down for a family members funeral. The day before we were supposed to check in I attemped to confirm our access instructions, but was told they would be sent to me the following a day by 3pm. We never receivedthe access instructions, but instead when we arrived and messaged the host, we received a reply our booking had been canceled by the host. So rather than unpack and get cleaned up to attend our aunts funeral viewing, we were left to scramble for a place to stay!! No guests should be treated this way!! Do not book at this property!!! Find somewhere else that will honor your paid booking and has a host that understands the necessity of professionalism and communication.

I apologize for the distressing experience you had with our property. I deeply regret any inconvenience caused during such a sensitive time for your family. It was never our intention to disrupt your plans or add further stress. I understand the importance of professionalism and effective communication, and I sincerely apologize for failing to meet those expectations. I take full responsibility for the mishap regarding the access instructions and the subsequent cancellation of your booking. This situation is not reflective of our usual standards, and as I mentioned to you over the call we had. It was a technical error we experienced as our calendar did not sync with another platform the property is listed on, which resulted in the property being double booked.

Hard to answer questions about the property since I never saw the inside. I drove in from Shreveport, LA with my sick husband for several appointments at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. Arrived just before check-in time 4:00. I messaged the host, Saater, telling him I was at the property but did not have code to get in. I waited a bit and messaged again, called, messaged Well you get the picture. He never called or messaged me back. I waited an hour in the driveway with a sick husband and 2 dogs in July heat. Didn’t want to get stuck with all of us trying to sleep in the car so I left in search of a place to stay. Some where between 6-7:00 I finally got a message saying there had been a late check out and the cleaning crew was getting the house ready. Lots of excuses about not having his phone with him. Of course that didn’t explain why he had not let me know the situation earlier. I could have waited if I had known what was going on. I have asked for a refund that works about as good as the rest of his communication skills. I don’t recommend you reserve unless you don’t mind waisting your time because this host is not capable of doing his job or just doesn’t care. But he does know how make excuses. July 12, 2026
