This amazing cabin offers guests a lovely view and all you need to relax and enjoy the NC Mountains. We are rural and do not have public trash pick up. It is free to dispose of trash at our local trash convenience center which is just a few miles from the cabin. Sorry for the inconvenience. It has enough room to spread out, weather it be in the spacious kitchen, living room, hot tub, or on the back deck enjoying the mountain views and wildlife by the fire table! This lovely cabin with a nice view and community river access at Fleetwood Falls entrance offers guests a great opportunity for rest and enjoyment. We are rural in Ashe County and do not have public trash pick up so we ask guests to take it the day before departure or pay housekeeping a small fee/tip for time and gas. We are sorry for any inconvenience. As for the key box our after hours did not have a text or voicemail to call you back and we are working closely with the owner to replace or correct it. We expect check in to be seamless so we are surprised and sorry for the problem you encountered. Your feedback is so important to us to ensure that things are up to standard for each guest.
