An amazing property with a 4 bedroom house on 36 private acres that is located on the New River in Boone, NC. We have all the amenities you could ask for in a VRBO. A quiet location with a beautiful deck where you can star gaze at night or head to the river for some fun. This house is newly remodeled and professionally decorated. Bring your family or friends and have the vacation of your life.

P.S. please be advised in the winter months you may need to all-wheel drive if the weather is snowy. Clients are responsible for transportation to and from the property.

All we can say is WOW! My family and I had the most incredible trip/stay. We usually rent a couple places a year for the last 16 years or so in the mountains. This place by far is one of the best! We sat down and discussed it as a family and this place checked all the boxes. Incredable views and sunsets!Amazing river views, access and fishing! We spent so much time in the river fishing, swimming and hanging out. Watching the horses was great!Watching all the deer and babies was so cool.Watching a family of baby turkeys hanging out was wild.Bunnies everywhere.Long walks in the fields and up the road was great. The interior of the home was incredible, huge and spotless!Hanging with the family on the deck was priceless. Basically, everything about the place was great. If we would make one recommendation, more walking paths in the fields and around the property. Will definitely stay here again. Our host was great too!Thank you!

Boone Getaway

Had a wonderful week in Boone and Blowing Rock and this was the perfect place to stay! Beautiful property, well cared for home, very comfortable. Would stay here again!

Kelly, our host, was very responsive and accommodating. The house is beautiful and provided everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The property is quiet, peaceful, and best described as a little slice of heaven here on earth. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will definitely book this property again on our next trip.

This house was even more beautiful than the photos showed! Could not have been more impressed with the property. The host was so incredibly kind and a pleasure to rent from! 10/10!!!!

The home is spacious and lovely. We enjoyed watching wildlife and seeing the horses. There should be instructions however for gas logs, thermostat (we never figured it out), hot tub (we never used). I was disappointed that the New River was not easily accessible. There was one spot you could get down the embankment (we didn’t try), the rest was steep and overgrown. Glad we didn’t bother to bring kayaks. We had a few issues, so the owner unexpectedly refunded half of the nightly rate, which was appreciated. The roads getting there are not bad. The final drive is gravel, but not steep or winding. Location is very convenient to Boone.

Great stay!

The property was fantastic—close to town but still felt secluded. The house was clean and well appointed, exactly as advertised. Also, the check out process was so easy which was a huge plus!

Great location

Enjoyed the river fishing while at App State graduation. Easy drive to everything in Boone. Plenty of small reminders along the river to remind you of how Helene hit the area and how resilient the people in the area truly are.

Great place to stay on Boone NC

This place was super nice and quiet. The house was really clean, comfortable, and well furnished. Being able to get out and take a morning and evening walk around the property, and walk down to the river, was a real treat. Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Bone farm getaway

We loved this property and home. It is a short drive to downtown Boone and also close to Blowing Rock. Endless activities in the area to keep people of all ages happy!

Wonderful house

Deck and covered porch were excellent. Enjoyed the hot tub. Kitchen was clean and easy to use. Showers are very nice. Family had a relaxing vacation. House was a great location for enjoying the area’s beautiful attractions.

2nd Stay at this beautiful house!

We stayed at this house in Oct of 2023 and loved it so much we planned another trip a year later in Nov 2024. The house is beautiful as ever and had no noticeable damage from Hurricane Helene. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and exploring along the river. The property is gorgeous and I’m sure we’ll be back again. It has plenty of space for our family of 6.
