Welcome to the home away from home of your dreams! This peaceful home with a traditional cabin layout is the perfect retreat for a family getaway or an escapade with your best friends! When you're not exploring the vast property, enjoy a fantastic location close to downtown Florissant (within four miles), Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument (six and a half miles), and Eleven Mile State Park for fly fishing. Other great attractions you must visit include the Pikes Peak Historical Society, Eleven Mile Canyon Recreation Area, Colorado Wolf and Wildlife Center, and the Hackett Gulch Trailhead.

This three-story retreat has some of the most amazing 360-degree views towards Pikes Peak and Eleven Mile and sunsets and sunrises are simply out of this world. The first floor of this splendid home offers an inviting family room with comfy seating throughout, a large smart TV with streaming services, endless books for your daily entertainment, and a convenient wet bar with a mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. A Nintendo Switch is also available for the competitors in the group. Sleeping arrangements include one bedroom fully on its own and a kids' room with a smart TV and plenty of board games to keep them entertained during their stay as well!

The main living space is located on the second floor and boasts a sunny open floor plan that seamlessly combines all spaces into one. Cathedral ceilings, beautiful skylights, and floor-to-ceiling windows make this an unbeatable spot to unwind and create everlasting memories with your group. Curl up by the warmth of the wood stove in the living area and admire gorgeous mountain vistas while sipping on hot cocoa or your favorite beverage, or pull out any of the provided board games for an entertaining time with your people. Prepare culinary masterpieces in the modern and well-appointed kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances. And if the weather is nice and warm enough, feel free to host a memorable cookout for your friends using the provided gas grill on the deck. When mealtime is over, head to one of the decks to take in the views, read a good book, and enjoy the refreshing breeze. The primary bedroom is located on this level, featuring a telescope and an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub.

The loft area that overlooks the kitchen makes for a great sleeping nook with two beds and a spacious balcony with an inviting lounge area and impeccable views of the surrounding nature.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
